Politics › Re: Nigeria Did Not Fare Well In Job Creation, Infrastructural Development & Economy by selectedhero(m): 2:19pm On Dec 18, 2018 |
GavelSlam: I totally disagree with infrastructure.
Nigeria has never recorded such high levels of construction in her history.
With construction and agriculture must be an increase in employment.
White collar jobs aren't the only jobs in an economy. Not so fella Don't bite your scrotum. OK? I suppose by construction, you mean all across Africa? Cos in naija there's nothing going on. Talk about white collar? Don't tell me you have fallen for Garba Shehu's assertion. Don't decieve yourself, whether white, blue or brown; truth is jobs are lacking. |

Uyiii: even if the man we have here is a farmer, he doesn't look like a subsistence or rather peasant farmer that requires using an exposed hoe as a farm tool.
he should instead marry/embrace other covered-up farming tools and technologies like ploughing machines and tractors instead of suffering himself with remaining unproductive all through his life with this exposed hoe as a farm tool. Hmm! Very deep. Only those who know... |

bender79: By whose estimation? Peter obi was theoretical and sometimes with no real solution with unverifiable figures. While osinbajo was realistic because of his immediate experience. Peter obi only looked ahead because of his last statement Were you expecting him to look behind? Those who look ahead will always go ahead. |
Politics › Re: Peter Obi Should Be Our Next Vice President. by selectedhero(m): 9:03pm On Dec 14, 2018*. Modified: 9:19pm On Dec 14, 2018 |
Peter Obi has through this debate opportunity shown that he has an excellent grasp of Nigeria's economic situation - that the people are greatly burdened by government inefficiency. He understands the need to rejig. We must put our money where the needs are, cutting funding from inefficient processes like subsidy, importation etc, unto critical areas where national economic impact will be felt, especially by the common man.
Osibanjo was good too, but seems to believe that the status quo is work in progress. This I feel is the bane of the current government, seeming to believe that it's steps will in time yield result. However failing to see the current and immediate catastrophe being engendered. |

Which stupid pressure? Your pressure? Op you are starting a new blog, that's commendable. Shows you are not a jobless youth. The election season provides you with immense traffic, that we know. However, be guided by common sense or else your life's work would become a senseless mess after the elections. Stop posting factless articles carrying misleading titles.
Is it the atiku and pdp who stated there was a bridge in communication and promptly did the needful afterwards by having it's chairman and presidential candidate sign the accord that is bowing to pressure? |

Evaluating governance is never a hard thing. You just need to ask, are we better than we were? If you objectively cannot by clear conscience uphold the affirmative, then that government has failed. And the fact is WE MUST NEVER REINFORCE FAILURE. we must never appreciate failure. Or else the polity is doomed. |
