solution is to hold our govt accountable, from FG down to LG.
I used Bayelsa as an example cos 2014 I was schooling in that state.
That state has just 8LGA, receive one of the highest allocation, plus 13% oil derivation but with all these things, Bayelsa state is the poverty capital of the SS. Even with their small population and huge allocation, the state can't pay salary, no development and back then when I was in school, School fees for indigenes was 35k but majority of them can't pay. The then governor stole all their money but he still won his second term.
Are the north responsible for the failure of Bayelsa?
And lemme shock u, Bayelsa state is in huge debt bigger than Rivers state and delta combine, how did they owe such money, where did the allocation go?

Salary was not paid in that state, no development of any kind, where is the billions the state receive? Am not in total support of this end SARS.. I believe reforming it is better cos Their demise will cause more harm than good (thieves, kidnapers etc would be happy) ..
