Today alone, I have had 3 physical inspections....only reason the items remain unsold is that 2 of the buyers tried to cut 500k off my price,while the 3rd one wanted to pay 1m and pay the balance in 3 months...

I am selling all items at once because I don't want different strangers coming into my house to pick up items piecemeal ...and it will also give me the cash I need in one bulk installment..

I am also refusing responsibility for delivery of the items especially the laptop because of its fragility...I do not want to be responsible for explaining to buyer why a laptop I sold to him turns up cracked and dead at his doorstep...I would rather he inspects them either personally or by proxy and carries his property...Before person go drag me to pieces on nairaland

I can maybe help with the transportation of the other items aside the laptop...but definitely not laptop...If that expensive laptop screen cracks during transit which I initiated, how me and buyer go settle the case?
