I do not hate Nigerians nor am I quick to criticise Nigerians. However since I have been on this site those who have been familiar with my previous username as well I was not always "outspoken' as of now but I was just trying to correct a common assumption that you guys have about other nationalities.

Whenever a country or someone does something you hate, you guys insult that same country and make generalisations and when someone responds then you get upset yet you were doing the exact same thing before. This has happened so many times with Ghanians, Kenyans, South Africans, African Americans etc basically anyone who says something bad or does something wrong you guys are the first to start generalising about the country and the people. Look at this thread for starters

Firstly nobody has come to castigate the guy for beating the lady. He is even lucky because if he did that in Sa he would have gone straight to jail and the lady could have sued him as well. Secondly some of your people claimed inferiority complex and jealousy( heard this tune so many times) so I basically responded that it is not true and its not just limited to Africa but a lot of countries world wide feel the same way and it has to do with the behaviour of some Nigerians.

I will admit that not all Nigerians are bad but unfortunately when many people do bad then the whole population is generalised. For example a lot of you say south africans are xenophobic. Even though we are not all xenophobic that negative aspect of some people in the country has tarnished the whole country as xenophobic and I will be there first to admit that it is true.

when muslims are targeted and insulted about this whole war of terror and how islam is this and that. Are all muslims terrorist? No they are not however certain people from this religion has made the whole world generalise that muslims are bad people.

Not all Nigerians sell drugs, do fraud, are loud and pompous but there ones that do have made people generalise that Nigerians are bad unfortunately. Even amongst yourself on this site with your name checkers association, don't those people generalise and say that Igbo are the ones doing the drugs and Yoruba are the ones doing the fraud?

Its up to each of you to disapprove those negative stereotype instead of insulting people and other countries and saying that they are jealous of Nigerians and that they suffer inferiority complex? what exactly do they have to be jealous about? Your population? what? that the men are "stealing their women"? lmfao

You are generalising when you say why do black people in africa. Not all black people in africa are tribalistic. For example in south african we see all blacks as equal and hence it won't be hard finding a zulu married to a sotho, pedi etc. I have noticed that its more common with nigerians the tribe issue.

How can you compare Kim k to the average person. Firstly she looks better cos she can afford all the plastic surgery, personal trainer, chef and anything to help with her weight loss while the average person does not have access to it.

Laziness is doing nothing. If your wife sits at home all day. No work, no cooking and cleaning and not taking care of the kids and husband then you can say she is lazy. If she is doing all that how is she lazy? Its not about laziness but diet. If you consume foods high in carbohydrates , calories and fat then you will gain weight simple.

Firstly you better not gain weight during marriage and become fat due to laziness and lack of exercise.

Secondly FYI diet counts 80 percent and exercise 20 percent. I know some people who go to gym everyday but do not lose weight.

Your wife will probably gain weight during pregnancy and carrying your child. Secondly it takes a while for a woman to heal. I hope you not expecting your wife to start doing vigorious exercises immediately after giving birth. Give her some time. Be supportive and reasonable instead of insultive and mean. You both can benefit from combined healthier eating and exercise.

While I do admit some ladies let go after marriage but what about men too. So those with potbellies and those who gain weight should also do something about their weight. If a man does not look the same as he did before marriage then quite frankly he should not complain about his wifes weight.

I believe that it should be a combined effort. Both men and women should try and keep themselves looking good after marriage. Women also feel attracted to a guys physique. Do you actually think women love those big pot bellies and flabby everything? It takes two.

Secondly I think you men should encourage women more and support them with regards to weight loss then complaining and whinning all the time. That would make a big difference

Sometimes its very hard to lose weight when you have no support. Work, kids, chores etc becomes too much but if you perhaps decided on joining gym together or going for jogs and walks together and eating healthier together than it will become easier for her to lose weight.

This reminds me about a sad story whereby a husband was constantly complaining about his wife's weight to her and in her desperation she went to buy diet pills and she died because of that.

Another point is some ladies generally pick up weight when they get older and after giving birth and some women may never go back to the size when they were younger.
