I found a thread on Nairaland about bread distributorship and tried it out with very wonderful results. I make about 2k daily from selling the 50.00 type just in my locality alone.

Now I need to expand and would like to do that with bikes. I project that I can make about 10k daily with two bikes. They only need to work like 4 hours per day.

Can you arrange two functional bikes for me at 50k each?

A friend of mind added me to his team for a 3 months contract job, the company is ok with my salary while his salary was cut which is still bigger than mine. he later rejected the offer while I proceed.
I was just paid my 1st (delayed) and 2nd month salary, whereas I had borrowed 40% of the 1st month salary.
My friend just text me now that I couldn't inform him of my salary payment that I should give a lady in the company some money that's she's the architect of the business, since I'm trying not to see him, he don't even care about himself but the lady.
I have in mind how to go about it before now I'm kind of embarrassed the way he's taking it all like I betrayed him.
What percentage can I give him and the lady
Moreover 12% was deducted as tax / PAYE

Did you call to verify all that you have stated above before making such statement? you need to learn to ask questions to clear your misconception, Cocoa business has its own dynamics, you do not need an LPO or all that you have stated above to make your sales or deliveries. There are lots of exporters here that buys in thousands of metric tones from LBA like us,you do not need to have a contract with them to make supplies to them.

Talk to your bank. To be clear, banks can broker tbills for you (not talking about fixed deposits). I would suggest going through them first so you gain experience with it before going with a broker.

There are many threads on here about treasury bills.

He started saying this since last year but but I paid no attention until recently. He told me that when he was working in Coca-Cola company that he was among their sales staff. He convinced me that there is profit in it if I could start with at least 2. 5M naira.
Please Fellow nairalanders I am not a fan of business and their huge profits or loss infact if I have had a little love for business I would have been managing a big business now after my NYSC. For 600k yes. You have to decide on your risk appetite. An aunt just lost her entire gratuity to scammers. Over 20m. She could have been getting 2m per year from that money. Now it’s all gone. .

nextstep:
Buy tbills. 600k x 12% annually is 72k without any further work, every year, and that 600k will remain there as principal. No business risk, no omonile, no story with hire purchase, no fuel shortage, no herdsmen, no bad harvest, etc to affect this income stream.

Now go and keep working/hustling to get another 600k.

This is what economy has done to me. I have tried all I could do to get something doing to sustain my life but all proved abortive.
