olumidedvd: Hi my fellow Nairalander, please your assistance is needed to a fellow comrade am Oluwaseun, an undergraduate in one of the State University. He's in desperate need of medical and financial assistance. He is suffering from Chronic Femoral Osteomyelitis. (Osteomyelitis is an infection of the bone, that may lead to bone tissue death and the eventual amputation of the limb affected if left untreated). He had an injury to his leg in 2015 from an accidental injury. After years of improper treatment, the injury got worse and infected. Because of the location of the infection, they need remove to some fragments of the femur to perform a bone graft to compensate for the dead part through a surgery known as debridement (the removal of dead, damaged, or infected tissue to improve the healing potential of the remaining healthy tissue) and restore structure to the knee. The estimated cost of this surgery is a sum of Four Hundred and Fifty thousand naira (#450,000). This amount will take care of the surgery and his admission in the hospital for recuperation. Doctors have advised that he undergo this surgery as soon as possible because the infection is at the advanced stage. As a student, he has tried in vain, to the best of his ability to raise this money on his own, but he couldn't. No matter how small the amount you can afford is, it will be appreciated please.
May the good God bless you. His account details: Account Name: Ogedengbe Oluwaseun Michael Account Number: 3060039155 First Bank.

jibbish: It shows lots of youths can't read even their phones are far smarter than them.
The only vibe they have is to abuse those in position and not improve on themselves in anticipation for their leadership role.
They can't decipher that 2.9billion isn't only for printing of papers but road inclusive. The media already know how gullible they are before putting paper before others. It is expedient to see your own log of wood than to signify a speck in somebody else's eyes ... The money budgeted for road repairs is 1.6 and was explained(9+ & 7+ respectively)...the 2.9billion is for printing of papers ..try and read the write up again... Howbeit these monies are approved and disbursed but are never used appropriately or transparently in this country! Proactivity Leads To Productivity!!!! ©Seniorwriter |

TAMUSIC: Hello nairalanders, please I'm a bit confused on what business to venture in with 400k. I already have a business that gives me a net profit of 50k monthly ( after my monthly expenses). However, I'm still not satisfied as I need to double my hustle. I want to diversify my income. I have thought about the forex market which I'm also planning to invest in by January next year, but I'm really confused on the next business to venture in. Please your contributions will be well appreciated. Thanks. So many NL guys always request for this as the OP created the thread for, howbeit only two out of about eight of them that I have given basic business ventures that thrive in Nigerian terrain truly made a choice and have successfully executed and are making profits. @OP I hope you are sincere with yourself, however I'll list out just 3 out of the various Businesses in my database that #400k or less this amount you can delve into for considerable ROI: 1.) Corn Starch trade 2.) Brand Imaging & sales 3.) Pharmaceutical Establishment & Distribution Note that the above does not require a previous know how or experience! What you need is to create an accountable platform of operations. Do your due diligence! Better Days Ahead © Seniorwriter |

Politics › Re: Chimamanda Adichie Rewrites Buhari’s EndSARS Speech by Seniorwriter(m): 8:38am On Oct 25, 2020 |
rastamouse: Nigeria missed a great chance to force change. Protests of this sort are not just organized haphazardly like it was done with the #EndSars. I blame the organizers.
After getting the attention of the whole world, the organizers failed to clearly define a motive. Eventually, everyone tried to take credit not knowing they were dealing with politicians.
The cause of the protest failed when the IGP cleverly isolated Davido and later leaked a video of the singer denying ever being part of the protests. That was the day that the politicians poured water on the protest. The thugs were sent to cause mayhem and eventually, some state sponsored hoodlums were made to do all the bad things that later got blamed on the protests.
What the politicians have succeeded in doing is that they have carved a bad name for the protests and nobody wants to be associated with it again. A failed revolution is very dangerous because this generation may not get this chance ever again.
The organizers failed big time. They never realized that the game that they have started is a 3D chess and it can only be played when you use your head and not emotions.
I weep for this country @rastamouse note that it was a protest with #EndSARS + #EndPolicebrutality and was never a REVOLUTION talkless of calling it a failed one. Always have it in mind that this is a public forum and the right information decimation is needed and key knowing that many people are know informed properly and may assume when a wrong post of information gets to them. You will agree with the fact that the protest had its mission and it achieved a level of awakening even internationally so the notion of revolution does not have a place and it's misplacement !!! With this awakening an electorial revolution is imminent come 2023 !!!! That is when we can democratically revolutionise these ineffective governance that has always bedeviled Nigeria!!! Keep it in mind and Cheers. Better Days Ahead. © Seniorwriter |

This don't even make sense. It's not by force to comment. If you don't know how to comment or engage for people to gainfully learn then don't My point is that she can't force or compell anyone to protest ...the only reason some persons have identified with her is because she turned up PHYSICALLY for the protest from the get go which many people feared to do!
