PoliticsRe: Rotimi Amaechi: "Igbos Should Confess & Apologize For Not Voting For Buhari" by SenMarkMike(m): 6:50pm On Mar 23, 2018
Amaechi is now Igbo? He is welcome back after playing the prodigal son by denying his Igbo status before now. But, this does not change the marginalisation against the Igbo in Nigerian affairs.

My condolence to Gooder234, may your mum's soul rest in peace. To those who got text messages for induction, CONGRATULATIONS! For those still waiting for call up, like I said yesterday, it is never over. Don't allow anybody to make victims of you by apathetic postings. God bless all.

Atimes I wonder what some people think of others. Some claim only them (in their minds of course) have authentic information even when they are mere by-standers waiting for any privilege gist to drop. Anyway, those yet to be deployed don't allow anybody to make victims of you. Whether anybody likes it or not, you are part of us in the NIMC family. For those yet to be contacted for interview or training, there is still high hope. Let me be by the screen and keep appraising the posts emanating from different quarters. God bless you.

It is well. NIMC will favour all. Those working are spending their money without any pay at all. Some of those posted outside their places of residence have spent over N45k. I think those yet to resume have the advantage of resuming when payment begins. On the other hand, those that have commenced have the advantage of work experience. So, nothing spoil in all. God bless you.

Fellow applicants, I don't think breeding bad blood, name calling and/or any form negativism expressio can help anyone in this NIMC project recruitment excercise. Contrarilly, I implore each of us to be confident, optimistic, polite and above all faithful in God. This is the magic wand for all frustrations and despondencies to be cleared off. God does not abandon those who place their trust in Him. God bless you as you keep faith in hopes.

NIMC Anambra is really wonderful. This is the light of the nation I must confess, and the convivial nature of work is superb. Team work is the in-thing and Mrs Bibian, the State Coordinator, is the real manager par excellence. At Awka, it's truely a united and purposeful goal-oriented NIMC family.

The earlier predictions stop on this platform, the sooner the APLs are released. Can this platform surprise NIMC once by not making any comment at all about when and how the process is going? This is NIMC's style. Learn it and do it. The APLs are sure to come but not until it is forgotten at least in principle. God bless you.

My dear deprofo, I share your feeling to an extent. However, how much do you think it costs to communicate to one's publics? Do you think people can be more attached to detached to the cause if kept in the dark? If it is needless to get your followers informed, why are you posting to inform people on nairaland here? Don't you think some people will not believe your stand point but would for sure if NIMC suggests that through its communication unit? I'm just wondering but not wandering anyway. God bless all.

Jobs/VacanciesRe: Nimc 2012/2013 Interview by SenMarkMike(m): 1:36pm On Sep 06, 2013
The worst any corporate body can do is to keep its publics in the dark. In such situation, the theory of conspiracy of silence holds sway. NIMC should manage its information not by keeping quiet but by communicating to retain the trust its trying to build. It should understand that the trust was still fragile and can be shattered by silence. I saw many trainees expressing reservations on certain NIMC injunctions. My fear is that NIMC would unknowingly, by not communicating to the prospective staff, tell them they were just mentioning those injunctions for formality sake. The dictum in Public Relations says, 'IF YOU KNOW THE MAN, YOU CAN HANDLE HIM'. Thus, NIMC, talk, write, communicate, and prevent speculations where many would form their many (wrong) beliefs. God bless you.

For all I know, delay is dangerous. I don't want 'Nigeria Factor' to enter NIMC corner. Why? This will kill the hope NIMC has tried to raise in Nigerians that had contact with it. I, personally will never believe in anything Nigeria if that ugly trend called 'Nigeria Factor' shows its dastard face in NIMC project recruitment. Let those OGA ON abi AT THE TOP beware o! They should allow NIMC free hand to conduct their affair.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Nimc 2012/2013 Interview by SenMarkMike(m): 10:34am On Sep 02, 2013
It's good to take time and get something very well. However, if time is overspent on a particular thing it will lose its taste. I hope NIMC won't delay to the point that they have to retrain already trained candidates bearing in mind that outside NIMC they have a lot bugging their minds in addition to the fact that the study books were retrieved from them at the end of the training. Moreso, they don't have the software application for the practicals. Above all, I hope the time management NIMC taught them in principle would not be eroded by the one same NIMC is teaching them in practice now by this delay. Remember, ACTION SPEAKS LOUDER THAN VOICE. God bless all.

I thank God for you. It's only things like this that can compel some of us to comment here from time to time considering how freely some have made it their business to insult fellow nairalanders with impunity. It is said that the forest that forbids basket should not grow mushroom. Once more, congrats.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Nimc 2012/2013 Interview by SenMarkMike(m):
Is it not true that what a man does not know is bigger than him? When the first training batch members were in session, the would be second and third batches members alongside others were casting fire and brimstone on them for not sharing every detail of there activities. Even that tried to explain things got baptism of insults. Then we were expecting their successors to do wonders but today, the successors cannot prove them guilty as charged then. Is it not proper we jointly render them apology, make peace, reunite ourselves and make this page wonderful once again? Leadership is by example. I therefore apologise to all and sundry who have been insulted in any way on this page for expressing their minds. I also appeal to all Nairalanders to be more tolerant of one another. You can never gain anything by insulting anyone for whatever reason. On the other hand, you gain a lot by tolerating others. Live and let live. God is love and love conquers all things. Peace be with you.

My advice to those on training is to take everything serious. Whatever you are told not to do, don't do it no matter how you are tempted. Whatever you are asked to do, please even if it does not please you or you think it should have been done in better way, do it. Watch your behaviour. Manage your information if you don't want them to make things tough for you. Set a target of finishing the manual in four days for yourself. Try to know the modules to be taught in advance and read them. If you do, you will see the training will be a fun for you. I wish you a successful training.

Their head office at Abuja is at Wuse Zone 5. Just enter Wuse vehicle. If you stop at Wuse zone 5 junction by the filling station, the office is treckable, ask people or just take a drop. It's by federal inland Revenue Service(FIRS) building. Search for NIMC contact on their website or on google for description. God bless you.

hariorh: Nobody says u shouldn't pray. But let's be civilized. This is a thread on NIMC and not a religious thread or fellowship.

Its better to pray and talk to God in ur privacy. Its a personal thing. That's where u can have the perfect spiritual communication with him.

Typing prayers here is derailing. U are not praying to us. U are praying to God almighty.

If u succeed in converting this thread to a prayer meeting, it still does not guarantee that everyone will be given employment since we all know how our govt is run.

And if u are not satisfied and feel that until we all see ur prayers before u feel God will answer it, then pls do the following:

- hire a bill-board and type ur prayers there for all to see

- go nta and proclaim ur prayers there for everyone to acknowledge.

- enter radio stations and recite ur prayer points there for us to hear.

I'm sure God will bless u with even more than NIMC job if u do the things listed above.
grin
My dear, prayer is needed anywhere, any time, for anyone and for anything. It's true some may not like the idea of praying just as others like it. However, the fact remains that it's better to pray than insult or even scare people. I thus posit that the best option on any occasion of prayer for those who are averse to it is to ignore it. It is their right to maintain silence on it as it is the right of others to encourage those they can through prayer. You can only pick quarrels if someone is trying to belittle your belief not when he is professing his. God bless all.
