Clem Ohameze, a veteran Nollywood actor has called for thoughts and prayers from the general public as he is set to undergo critical surgery to fix his cervical vertebrae and regain control of his limbs 

The Nollywood actor was reported to have been involved in an accident sometimes back and suffered an injury that had affected his lower limbs thereby restricting his movement.

In a short video posted online, Clem Ohameze said the ailment has been the main cause of his absence from the Nollywood scene for a while due to his restriction in movement, he stated that the surgery feels scary in nature but he must however undergo the procedure if he is to regain full movement again. 

Clem said "I seriously need people's thoughts and prayers as I go in for this procedural surgery"

There are so many. Just ask any good chemist for either Pregnacare Original, Pregnacare Plus or Pregnacare Max. They range between 2500 and 6k. Don't forget to also include one dose of folic acid daily until the foetus is aborted. No side effects at all

Mamas, save me o. Lo is 2 weeks and 2 days and his chord is yet to fall off. I complained wen i tool him for circumcision on tuesday and doc said no cause for alarm. That the cord was very fat at birth but am still not satisfied. Has anyone witnessed such before?

That circumcision no easy o. If not that i had strong heart, was almost crying for him.

Another issue i want clarification from medical personels in the house (kaffy4bill, tchwinnie and other experienced mamas)

Just like when i had dd in 2014, i was told not to drink too hot water and not to sit on hot but warm salt solution. Alsi they said no need for hot water massage.
But some people keep telling me if i dont do it, i can start passing gas fro. Vj, how true is this.

Didnt do the massage both deliveries and my tummy is back to shape. No ill feelings in my body. Pls make una come answer me o. Though i do sitz bath with luke warm water twice daily.

My experience mamas abeg make ona follow me touch light this Mata. My dr has booked me for cs tomorrow 13th being my edd reason being that am not dilated and my baby is not yet engaged note that I don't have any problem what so ever I am a ftm baby position is okay my pelvic is okay no BP no protein or gestational diabetes ohhhh and my baby is not in distress.i am so confused n down right now advice pls

Keep cleaning with methylated spirit and corron wool 2-3hourly and ensure its nt covered/embedded in d diaper.
Moko brand of methylated spirit is preferable
