Let me give you an example. I drove for 20yrs, between 2005-2015. In those years I only did my licence of 5yrs and renewed it once. Meaning I drove for the better part of 10yrs without license and never had any major accident thru out my driving career.
So those years of not having license, why didn't not having license makes me have accidents.

In other words what I am trying to say is: license or no license, if you know how to drive is that you know to drive. License is just like certificate that shows people that you truly are. And I am not saying having license is not good, it's very good and important bcus of the law.
