Actually, no matter what you do in governance, some people must feel oppressed rightly or wrongly.
Eg , people that build under power line extensions without leaving the required space would also feel oppressed, and that is wrongly. Where they have a point would to the sellers and government agencies that granted approval or took bribes and turned the blind eye, etc

In Lagos State, the works speak for themselves, albeit that I believe that they could do more.
But as per employment aof teachers, it is one of the highest achievements of the Sanwo-Olu administration. There's almost to term, sometimes month, that my wife doesn't tell me if a new teach being employed, same as most other schools in her educational district as I could conduct business with teachers.
The fact that they don't put out bogus employment numbers doesn't mean they are not actively engaging new teachers and other workers.
