Hello everyone-i just signed up here.
Iv been seeing a lot of complaint about schools not mobilizing students for NYSC. Unilag also did the same thing, I finished 2014 but had an unexpected first semester-and then we were supposed to be mobilized for 2015b but we got the shocker if our lives-that we have to wait till next year again-I really pray it would be february,im tired of waiting.

Don't worry, A16 is few months ahead... Start preparing dear, we are on dsame boat..
Now, introduce yourself proper.

Don't be too sure my broda. Perhaps, we both knw dat OAU management are 'kill-joy'. They are unpredictable. Remember, if u'd been told we'll not made this batch B( as par we have graduated since april), wouldn't you have argued with that person?. Though i knw our chance is strong dis time around, lets just hope that we'll go with the next batch..
Feb/mar is around d corner, before we knw it, we've done registration already.

I love people that have interest in education and I always like to be of good encouragement to them so that they can achieve their academic goal... So money is not the only motive I have.. I just like education... EDUCATION IS THE BEST LEGACY... so why do u wish to serve in Bayelsa?

baba bams na la cram la pour , Awofeso own na la read, la cram, la understand... like u must be 100% sure of what u are reading and cramming, despite the fact that the material is so voluminous full of dates, names, and various events, which u must not misinterchange.
.... but on a sincere note that method really helped me a lot.. till today all those things are still very intact in my medulla oblongata... I think if I become a lecturer I will adopt that method.. I can still remembered ow some people are crying after the test even before the release of the result.
I will like to serve in either Anambra, Benue or Bayelsa...
I think Akwa Ibom and Enugu are in the same geopolitical zone..

Awofeso is a brilliant man, though he sometimes get confuse and off the track(maybe ova sabi factor). That test was not well organised. We didn't start at dsame time but we submitted almost dsame time..

Akwa ibom and Enugu are in the SS and SE respectively..

Well, my school released only 575 names out of the 2000 expected on August 18th majority of them being spill graduates.I dont know what their thinking is. May be they dont want to pleased some and displeased others.But the issue is that it is not always possible to mobilise a whole set as the number of graduates is usually greater than the quota given by NYSC

Sincerely speaking, no parent can love his/her children equally.
Love is emotional, we can't deny it no matter how we pretend to hide it.. Even twins are not loved equally by their parent let alone 4-5 children in a family.

the outstanding from last batch is over a thousand at DSA as at yesterday. its only nursing student that finished this year that will be mobilized. Nysc usually have a fixed number for each school. those who went to law school last year are also been mobilized. and without senate approval no mobilization. its only the nursing student that there results were approved in July. its there at DSA.

Now i understand better.. As for we that haven't seen our names, may be its the right time to accept our fate. Though it's painful but we can't help the situation. And for those of you that have confirmed yours, i say a big congrats to you all..

Calm down dear, your name should be on that list because you're long over due. Before you knw it, ur name wil pop up on NYSC portal latest tuesday...You shouldn't be worried much.

Yes, she has seen her details on the NYSC portal. Be calm bro. I have others whose names are yet to come up on the portal. I've been checking for one of them since yesterday. Regardless, what I've discovered is that this new list would be forwarded and uploaded before Tuesday/Wednesday next week. Today is Friday and I'm not so sure if the appropriate persons in charge would want to subject themselves to endless hours of uploading on the portal.

I'd recommend you get someone to check not only your name but also your JAMB registration number on the list. Once these inforamtion are correct, I'm positive everything would come out well when it's online. Great Ife PCMs rarely have JAMB/NYSC issues.

You are right bro. I'm nt concern abt the detail becos perhaps dey automatically transfer our names on student bio-data to process any record whatsoever. All i wanted to know is if there are names of just graduated set(which u had shed more light regarding ur friend's issue) on the newly pasted lists. I'm positively sure dat my name wil be on dat list because my dept is proactive when on her students matter.

Once again i thank you for the vital info, u are too much gbaski. .
May i ask what's ur friend's dept?
