Response from FCCPC after almost a year. Please can someone explain logically! Because it's not making sense

We have escalated to Interswitch for settlement with continued follow-ups for feedback.

The most recent update from the switching company (ISW) is that resolution is ongoing.

GTBank stole my N59,000, CBN complaints dept no response even FCCPC refused to do anything since October last year
