I have a 650va ups 12volts and a 1.5kva ups at 24volts.

which of these ups will give me the best performance

since my 650va is able to match my load, is there any sense in using the 1.5kva ups

It will take probably 4 days or more for an 80w panels to charge 2 80ah batteries from low state to full charge.

actually its two 40a battery totalling 80a.
so that means it will take 2 days to get to full charge

Ikeja Electric has refused to cooperate. I want to use a combination generator and solar to charge my solution.

Once fully charged it actually works fine but I cant keep using generator only.

The higher the voltage, the lesser the resistance over long distance... So for large battery banks, higher voltage configuration is always preferred.
