POF is the balance of your tuition + living and maintenance expenses. Calculate it according to the location of your school (inside or outside London)and convert to Naira with OANDA.....that's your POF. if OANDA gives you N500 to £1, add extra N30 or N60 to the OANDA price just to accomodate forex fluctuation.

You need certificate equivalent to apply but it's very easy to obtain and affordable

BSc in Law. Also will the person be able to go to law school in Nigeria when done? Because law school requirement is the graduate must finish from common law country and I didn't see rwanda as part of the common law country.
I don't know where he will stay. Just somewhere affordable and secure.

@4everEdwards and anyone in the house, how do I go about getting rwanda education for a BSc? How much is self contain room? Do you pay fees using Form A? please it is urgent. Using band rate how much is rwanda currency to Nigeria?

Hello, how much is POF. Is it less than 5m or more? I am asking because oanda shows less than 5m. Please let me know the correct fund or what someone who got visa used. THis is minus the school fees just maintainance.
