you no get sense at all, chai! You are a disgrace. Tueh!
Keep deluding yourself! Even the president cannot allow a CJN that's not loyal because of his influence in the judiciary. Go and check the powers or duties of the CJN, then you'll understand how daft you are! grin grin

Misterone:
which kind lawyer be this! Shame on you. Olodo rabata. You are a disgrace to the law profession if at all you are one as you claim. The CJN have no influence among his peers in the supreme court. They all have equal voting strength and the CJN cannot overturn a decision made by any supreme court judge. Yes he assigns the case but that is where it ends. He cannot dictate the outcome of a case. Even if a supreme court judge commits an error of judgement, it is only the NJC that can sanction the judge.
cheesy cheesy You're obviously a kid! Justices that meet in thier chambers to deliberate on issues before coming to the open court?? If CJN can't influence decisions in the supreme court, why do you think Justice Walter Samuel Onoghen was removed overnight by Buhari when his loyalty was in doubt? It's only a compound fool like you that will believe a whole CJN doesn't influence decisions at the supreme court in Nigeria! Mumu grin grin

Laple0541:
In less than one month, Buhari and Tinubu had met more than five times, yet some born to hate children of doom still thinks he is not supporting Tinubu.

After Feb. 25th, you will all understand who the real master is.

And for those of you that still doubts who the best candidate is, go to YouTube and listen to the interactive sections organized by NESG with Tinubu, Obi and Atiku as guests then decide on who deserves to be the next president.

No be by going to market to disrupt buying and selling, it's about intelligence. Give it to the master of the game.

The whole idea is to drag the interim order until after the election. Even on the next adjourned date, more governors will join and it'll be adjourned again. As long as the interim order subsists, the old notes continue to be legal tender. Tinubu will win this election and everything will be reversed with Emiefele sent to jail.
How can you be this daft?? The interim order was not extended! It expired already! Just dey play grin

Bayelsa and Edo joined on side of government (respondents) meaning that PDP states are supporting this cruel policy implementation by CBN. They will never be forgotten as among those on the side of oppressors (CBN and cabal). Nigerians! Know your enemies now!!! PDP and LP and their candidates and supporters including Emefiele and cabal are the oppressors of Nigeria. Buhari is just being used like Mumu front for all evil people.
See this mumu! When APC was suppressing the masses for 8 years now, where were you? Idiots cheesy

Keep shut, I still use it today, it's still very much in circulation.

Why a Nigerian will be happy others will lose their money surprise me, and you want me to support PO.

Most of you are so stupid, you think if Tinubu or Atiku want to buy vote, they need the old notes, I don't think there's any managing director of a bank that will say no to any of them.

Imagine the Senate president visit a bank to exchange 200 million of old note, he won't even leave his car before they felt it.

Btw, if they suspend the old notes, it will be easier for them to buy votes because everyone will be so cash starved that even 2k of new notes will do the trick.
But you sound as if those supporting it are not part of the suffering masses! I don't understand! Just say you're supporting your salve masters grin

He said the court should not lose sight of the case and its intention as it affects the suffering of Nigerians.

I love this comment by the justice okoro. It gives me a sense of the direction the case will go eventually. God bless the supreme court for acknowledging that the masses are suffering from this policy. But zombiediots are still supporting the evil.
Obidients are from another country and not part of the suffering masses! I see grin

Mumu. You think the CJN can interfere in a case he is not part of? Olodo, FYI, the CJN is just a first among equals.
You're slow! I'm a lawyer, and the CJN assigned the cases to other Justices and can influence their decision if he's interested! Even outside office, former justices can influence decisions at the supreme court.

Just dey play grin

Politics › Re: INEC To Keep Sensitive Election Materials With CBN by Sermwell(m): 9:31am On Feb 15, 2023
drlateef:
Obviously there is!!! When Emefiele bought APC nomination form, the whole country condemned it. The whole country wanted INEC not to use CBN for keeping their sensitive materials. Now that Emefiele is openly anti-APC the Obi supporters and Atiku supporters see nothing in INEC keeping materials with CBN. This organ of government is highly partisan and dangerous because it is headed by an evil incarnate called Emefiele. INEC must reconsider their decision. Their materials are not safe in the custody of CBN.
Please give INEC your address so they can bring the materials to your house!
Politics › Re: Deji Adeyanju Explains Why He Criticizes Peter Obi by Sermwell(m): 9:19am On Feb 15, 2023
BreconHills:
You need to read what I said again slowly. Deji has a right to be heard and not be shouted down. Deji is positioning himself as a voice of reason. Yesterday he mocked his own party the PDP. By taking a centrist position he portrays the LP people cussing him out as extremists. He knows Nigerian elections are won by centrist parties. Deji is not telling anybody how to vote, he is creating a perception. The polling says that there are a lot of either undecided or quietly decideds. They are his focus not the LP. The LP is not even trying to win this undecided or quietly decided group - and it is a massive group. They just keep saying if you are not with us, you are an urchin, agbado or zombie. That's not campaigning that's self harm.

As the results begin to roll in you will see what I am saying behind to play out and fraud will be alleged. But it isn't fraud, its the failure to win the undecided and the quietly decided by positioning oneself as tolerant and reasonable.
All these opinion for a man who shamelessly lied about Obi trying to bribe him? Do you actually believe what he said? You're clearly overating this Deji. How many voters do you think Deji can influence with these lame theatrics? Please calm down abeg grin

BreconHills:
It's not always about Obi, it's about Deji's right to hold or change his opinion.

And by the way I doubt Deji is addressing Obidients. If you look again at his comments, he has his target audience and its not the obidients. Core supporters don't win election, its the uncommitted middle that turns elections. By making you cuss him out he is pushing uou from the middle to the fanatical - which is just where he wants you.

He is an Atiku man through and through with a clear mandate. Leave the BAT people alone and nibble at LP to enlarge SE and SS votes marginals. Already he has succeeded in co creating a large echo chamber from which you guys hurl invective other.

You have to give it to the guy. He knows how to yank your chains.

You all keep falling for it.
So a sane human being will vote or refuse to vote for a candidate because Deji said so? I don't believe it grin

It's going to be a keenly contested Election.

But winner will emerged with good margin.

Make I silence on winner, I will wait until the election period.

But the truth is, particular region don't have the voting strength to produce a Winner unless they learn to align with other regions.

Until then. I rest my case.
No one region in Nigeria can do without the others! So don't make it sound like there's a region that can stand alone.

Please shut up!!! I feel like giving you a dirty slap. Did Obi snd Atiku complain about fuel shortage and naira scarcity? Was it not only Jagaban that complained about it? Obi and Atiku thought about winning election with the bad situation. But Tinubu was concerned about the plight of the people which the cabal, Emefiele and NNPC tried to bring on people. This is not a party issue. This is a sabotage issue caused by enemies of Tinubu.
Shut up your dirty mouth!!! Has Tinubu ever in the 8 yrs of APC spoke out about the sufferings of the masses, even when killings, fuel scarcity and other bad government policies were going on? How come it's now? Tinubu has been keeping quite because it benefitted him!

Actually no, if we want to truly go academic as we claim. He wasn't insulting his supporters, he said they are not on social media.

1. He stated a fact in reaction to polls results. The "POLLS" is the subject here.
2. He provided a factual response to back up his opinion that the POLLS are unreliable due to the scope.
3. He knows, like the rest of us should, that some people don't do social media. Yes, many among those would be the illiterates and the backwards, but in this context, they are also going to vote and their votes will COUNT.
4. Those POLLS were conducted targeting eligible voters with mobile and internet access.
Do you know that the same man also claimed that he has given most of his followers scholarship to study both in Nigeria and abroad? How then are they not on social media? grin
