My advice to cypher01 would be to put it on OLX if it has a heating issue, the device is probably giving off some mad radiation poisoning too.

If it's not, you can flash rom or whatever, there might be an actual solution

I recently upgraded my Dell Latitude E6400 from Windows 7 to 8.1 and I discovered my graphics driver now shows as Microsoft Basic Display Adapter instead of my Inter (R) HD Graphics. Also, my screen display is terrible and stuck on 1024 x 768. Any ideas on how I can fix this, please?

I hope the database you created, it's name was 'recruit' ??
And you must have imported the recruit.sql file??

If not, Start Apache and MySQL from Xampp control panel,
Go-to localhost/phpmyadmin on your browser and click "New"
Enter database name as: recruit and click Go
At the next page, locate Import at the top bar, find the Choose file button, click on it, then locate and double click the recruit.sql file, click on Go and wait for the queries to process successfully..

You can now open the page..

Follow ujah60's steps.. Or better still, upload the db_connection.php here so I'll edit it for you

U might want to try this, go to Deposit n choose d ATM card option u used, u will see ur transaction history. The one u did will be tagged 'processing', click it and u will see a small reset button logo, click n viola! It status changes to 'success'. Have a great day.
