Yeah, I'm having two problems after installation
1. Gradle fails to sync
2. It's saying my Amd processor cannot run the emulator... Seems it only works on Intel processor

1. Go-to File > Settings > Build, ... > Select Gradle and uncheck Offline if checked.. After that, select Apply, then OK. Make sure you have strong internet connection, and Try Gradle Sync again. If this doesn't solve it, post a screenshot of the error

2. For the meantime,I advise you use your physical device to run the apps or get Genymotion emulator.

There's even an option where you don't need have the Android SDK. You could use the create react native app. This allows you develop for both Android and IOS without their respective packages. You don't need Android Studio for React Native development, all you need is to have the Android SDK installed on your system. I do React Native development with Visual Studio Code and thats enough for me
