I don't know, but that will be stupid. We don't manufacture electronics, so I highly doubt that.

As a matter of fact, I know about fixing cars and converting cars. It's not worth it. So shut the hell up. Unless he got the car for free. Hell, if I imported a car like that to Naija, I will just drive it like that. Do you understand how much electronics are hidden under the dash of modern cars? They never put the wiring harness together right and you are bound to deal with electrical nightmares down the line.
