The Polytechnic Ibadan post UTME screening exercise date announced and the registration deadline for the 2014/2015 academic session.

We are glad to inform all the prospective candidates of the Polytechnic Ibadan that the management of the institution has announced the date for her 2014/2015 academic session Post UTME Computer Based Testing (CBT) and the application deadline. Polytechnic Ibadan post UTME screening exercise application form has been scheduled to close on the 15th of August, 2014.

While the screening exercise has been scheduled for 18th August, 2014.

All applicants are enjoined to login to their account through http://admission.polyibadan.edu.ng /register/login-user.htmlto re-print their new CBT Schedule Date and Time. GENERAL CBT INSTRUCTIONS
(i) JAMB/UTME Result Notification Slip and a copy of your POST-UTME CBT Print-out must be presented at the screening center. (ii) GSM and other electronic devices except simple calculators are not allowed at the screening center.

(iii) Parents, Guardians and other unauthorized personnel will not be allowed at the screening centre during the Post-UTME screening exercise

(iv) Arrival to the venue is STRICTLY not earlier than 30 minutes before your scheduled time.

(v)Screening Result will be made available by SMS/Online after the whole screening exercise.

(vi)Keep STRICTLY within your scheduled time as THE POLYTECHNIC IBADAN may not guarantee accommodating you outside your scheduled time. (vii)Any candidate who supplies false information in the course of processing this admission stands disqualified. (viii) THE INFORMATION ON YOUR PRINTOUT MUST BE THE SAME AS THOSE ON YOUR JAMB/UTME RESULT PRINTOUT. All candidates who made EKSU their first choice of institution in the Joint Admissions and Matriculations Board’s Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) conducted in April and May, 2014 and those that did not take EKSU as their choice but are interested in EKSU are invited to a POST-UTME Screening Exercise between Monday 4th to Friday 8th August, 2014. How to Apply for EKSU Post UTME Interested candidates are to pay the sum of Four Thousand Naira (4,000.00) only covering registration, processing and downloading of past questions to any branch of the following banks through e-tranzact platform and obtain a confirmation code which will be on the e-tranzact receipt; Access Bank, Ecobank, Enterprise Bank, First Bank, GTB, Wema Bank, Zenith Bank, UBA Plc. The confirmation codes will be used to register online by the candidates. Candidates can also pay directly via the University portal using ATM cards and SMS alerts will be sent to the candidate containing the confirmation code. Candidates are required to log on to www.eksu.ed.ngwith their JAMB reg number and confirmation code, upload a 1″ x 1″ coloured passport photograph in red background and JPEG format only. Preview, confirm, submit and immediately print-out an acknowledgement slip. EKSU Post UTME Screening Exercise Date, Details EKSU post utme 2014 screening exam will hold between Monday 4th to Friday 8th August, 2014 at the university campus. The exam will be Computer Based. Candidates are advised to re-visit the eksu website on the closing day of application to print out their allotted time and exact date of examination. Candidates are to come for the screening with the following; a. JAMB Registration Slip. b. Acknowledgment Slip printed out from the University portal. c. 1″x1″ recent passport with red background. Candidates are to report at the University Auditorium on the day of the exam for necessary briefing. Failure to attend the screening exam will cause the candidate to forfeit admission.
