harmargedon: Doc, I got this ivermectin injection from a pet store. I'm to give 0.3ml to my puppy. He's suffering from scabies. I was told to give the shot for three days, do you advice me to do so? I don't advice you to proceed. I am not sure the person who prescribed the injection is a qualified Veterinarian. While you prepare to take him to a proper veterinary clinic, you can get Amitraz and bathe him with it every 2 weeks according to the manufacturer's instruction. Ivermectin injection can only be prescribed and administered by a qualified veterinary practitioner. I'll be on standby for updates. |

Takoro13: Thanks for quick response, please is it the normal Amoxicillin and the antiinflammatory like ibuprofen for human being? Your phone number could be of help yet A veterinary formulation is ideal however if not available a human formulation can suffice. For antiinflammatory, Veterinary formulated Dexamethasone or any drug in it's class will suffice. Ibuprofen is ideal for the pain reliever but as said earlier, veterinary formulation is the ideal. I'll be on standby. |

mcquin: Researchers, over to you on the new appointee's profile.
I personally do not believe Tinubu won the last election giving Buhari/APC 's outing prior. However, Tinubu has proven to be a far better administrator than Buhari and in some respect, Jonathan (although he owes Jonathan an apology for the subsidy protest, having come to swallow his vomit on keeping subsidy).
Having said the above, regardless my support of Tinubu 's economic policy, it will take heavy politicking, and some rigging for Tinubu to win the coming election. This is not because Tinubu has been terrible, but because Nigerians are too poor, uneducated to appreciate the reforms. If we agree, the greater number are hungry illiterates with a need for immediate gratification, then you'd agree that the greater number won't want Tinubu back. Those that are literate enough as Sanusi, Iweala, to appreciate his policies, do not have the numbers. So see you see rigging. Having perused your write up, I can confidently say that you are an intelligent man. However I disagree with your first paragraph where you said APC didn't win |

Olu1000: Which US are you talking about ? Have you ever heard of wrongful death lawsuit ? What it insurance that caused the death of the employees? The owner of the building and UBA are liable for the death of those employees as there should have been adequate means for evacuating the building during an emergency. There should have been fire drills conducted and adequate means of egress during an emergency.Google is your friend. Not at all Sir, insurance covers for acts known as negligence and unforseen circumstances which the events of UBA falls under and would be compensated. It is only acts done on purpose or other exclusions that are not covered. Even if there is going to be any lawsuit, it would be the insurance company versus the victims of the fire |
Business › Re: Elumelu Cuts Short US Trip, Mourns Afriland Towers Fire Victims by seunH: 5:52pm On Sep 17, 2025 |
Olu1000: That’s pittance ! What is times three of their annual salary?Try this in the US and UBA could go bankrupt.I just hope their respective families seek legal advice. Even in the US it's still insurance that will still compensate not the bank |
Business › Re: Elumelu Cuts Short US Trip, Mourns Afriland Towers Fire Victims by seunH: 3:56pm On Sep 17, 2025 |
Olu1000: This is medicine after death. The families of the victims should get a good lawyer and start preparing their lawsuit for criminal prosecution and civil suits regarding who to hold accountable for their avoidable deaths.A handsome compensation should be part of the lawsuits. There will be no need for that as they are all covered under Group Life Insurance Policy. Its their insurance company that will compensate them which I think its about X3 of their annual salary |

Hubby called me this evening that he has gotten another puppy. Though I wasn't happy but my son was the opposite. Please can you put me through on how to take care of this one because I wouldn't want anything to happen to this. The puppy is 3 to 4 weeks but breed not known yet. Thanks in advance Good evening ma and congratulations. First of all good environmental hygiene is very important please maintain it, secondly ensure his vaccination schedule is up to date, thirdly ensure regular check up and feed with balanced diet.
