I'm typing this as of 3:50 am. Lol. I sleep around this time before but now I sleep by 11 sometimes 10 without working on it.

I am up because I slept around 5am last night and I woke by 1pm.

My sleeping system changed by itself. Once it's 10 or 11 my eyes go to sleep and body follow suits and sometimes it doesn't close till 5 am. That's for me.

But Stay away from electronics and sleep in a dark room. It helps.
