You wont have time na.

But you can rant and criticize other people's thread which by the way was very helpful to many.

Please create time and send me your app and i would show you score card "programos"

sorry, seunthomas is not a valid candidate - he is too big for this kind of contest - he will outshine anybody, the dude is literally a professor in programming.
And he claims to even be far bigger than me, it will be dishonourably for him to partake in this, except as a sponsor (or maybe a judge).
I was planning to sponsor it. But its now a beauty pageant.

How do you organize a programming contest without viewing code or contributions of the contestants to the programming section.

Its another crazy show of ignorance.

I have many followers, even seun osewa follows me (you can ask him if you have the opportunity, i am just damn too much).
Or your bot children.

I think root needs to delete some of those your bot children accounts.

They are giving nairaland a bad reputation having thousands of fake accounts does not help any platform.

A user I follow posted something on this thread that caught my attention.
Very convenient timing..

Or maybe your father summoned you to come help him out.

This is one of those guys who think they've won an argument when they type "lol". Then they make sure they never address any of your points cos they're so damn correct.

What other thread? I don't visit here anymore. If you're smart enough to write 100k LOC(well, maybe not that smart since you were actually manually adding line numbers for God knows how many files), you'd have gone through my profile to ascertain if I'm fake or not.
If you "I don't visit here anymore".

Then how come you are here all of a sudden??

Your father summoned you.
ProgrammingRe: Asalimpo and Fincoapp - 2 excellent programmers! by seunthomas:
OK.
So how much of it are you already practicing.

Mind giving us a link and lets test and app or website of yours that follows the "Nothing New" security guidelines.

I can use your app for practical lessons.

Nigerians are so stupid they'll believe anything you feed them. Writing 100k LOC isn't the problem, your client actually sat with you and "jokingly decided to count the number of codes by looking at the line number on each page."? Who does that? So you sat down and started adding the last numbers of each file?

How come all these projects don't have names? "I was working on a project like that...." What project? This section has become a dump yard for liars. Nigerians programmers don't talk where their mates talk. You don't see them conducting on quora, but here on Nairaland they form gods. Smh. If you're a beginner I'll advise you to avoid this section like a plague.
Another @dhtml18 croonie.

LOL.

Your father is waiting for you on the other thread.

I dont know why Nairaland has refused to delete those fake accounts you own.
ProgrammingRe: The Untold Story Of The Shudown Of NSEAPI by seunthomas: 8:03am On Oct 14, 2016
**cough**

How did you get the realtime data?? Are you working with an insider??

That can be a federal offence ohhhhh.

The guy is so confused. He is trying to explain 80k line of code away with JPA forgetting that java is and OOP language. That extremely minimize re-coding of similar concepts while it maximizes reuse of codes. I know 75% of our local IT are like him so won't blame him much.
Why do i have to be arguing with you. LOL.

Simple just go and create 5 tables and create the necessary JPA work and
come here and tell us how much your novice a** has in LOC.

I laugh in swahili. Dude, what makes you think I have not spoken to good lawyers on this matter? Plus you are on a public domain, and all these rubb-i-sh you are uttering are making you look st.u.pid before the world.
One day, you will read these your comments and you will just start weeping.

I shall leave you to continue WALLOWING IN YOUR IGNORANCE.

For now, i think i will just leave this thread - since your reasoning faculty is just too low for to cope with.

Hasta la vista.
Mr man, i had similar issues with bigger companies than NSE.

I just ignored their initial brohaha because it did not have any legal weight.

Na you no know anything but you come here to be deceiving people.

Its because of this your ignorance that this section has stifled growth.

I knew you were scared of challenge and will actually back down. Unfortunately for you, most people that have been on nairaland for long actually used the NSEAPI - so your trying to disclaim that is a waste of time, and making yourself look more fo.olist than you actually are.

I knew you will never accept my challenge because you will be defeated just too soundly - such that you will have to run away from this board permanently.

For your information, I have the LEGAL STUFFS SENT TO ME BY NSE, and i could publish them to SHAME you, but it is not necessary since I dont have to prove myself to anyone (especially not a FRAUD like you).
First of all you dont have too much experience in this kind of thing.

The letter they would send to you is a cease and desist which you can choose to ignore for 2 reasons:
a. The server your work is hosted on is not in Nigeria ( or na naija you host am).

b. The content you are providing in API format was crawled from the public domain. You needed only to put a disclaimer at the footer of your site and acknowledge you dont work for NSE or affiliated with them in anyway.

If you had done that they would not have any legal grounds.

You just get a good lawyer who is willing to defend you for free and might even get a very large chunk of cash at the end of the case when you sue them.

But you no sabi anything and you no seek advice.

Why will i now want to be struggling with a kindergarten huh

So sharing of details of project now involves displaying you code. Even paid posters who type shít can type 80k line of code like that. Stop decieving your unknown self unprovocked.
If you are smart (I strongly doubt that), you would have known what type of project i and some others are talking about.

You did not pay us and neither are you the client and for a very folly laden fellow you probably dont know what an NDA is.

Your patron @dhtml18 talks about legal issues with NSE on another thread, at least he has some understand on legal issues may be you hitting him up.

I doubt his story on that thread sha because its been a while they have been trying to get realtime data.

Most stock exchanges dont provide real time trading data, they do that to compensate for trading errors.

The best you will get is an hour data.

But i wont argue with him cos he may have an insider at the exchange feeding him real time data.

But to the best of my knowledge its not possible to get second by second trading data on the NSE.

Inspire other ambitious schemers with minuscule self esteem who won't mind blatantly posting lies on random forums just to belong to the imaginary big boys crew that have written applications spanning over 150,000 lines of code? edakun!!

The other day I was following you upandan, imploring you to mercy and just show me one online deposit of your codes. So you get 150000 lines of hand written code and there is no single place online where you offer assistance or can boast of 10 lines to show for it. No Git repo, no community know you.

I just dey wonder, we get these developers with 150000 lines of code for this nairaland and the programming section is not bubbling or even thriving. I for say the people from oga Seun's village seriously carry im matter for head but na that kain yabis dey warrant 243 years ban in perpetuity grin grin. How can huh huh Everyday I come here, everywhere is messed up with dumbtards adding other dumbtards to random whatsapp groups, another set na the HR and employment gang wey dey always come to post job offers with two blokos as requirement and no price tag. Whereas people with 150000 codebase dey sad Mbok egbon Seun needs our prayers!
I reserve my comment for you.

As you no believe say person fit write over 100k lines of code, i pity for you.

I for give una analysis but na how i wan take help drowning people.

Anyway just a little analysis, average size of JPA web application with 5-10 tables would be close to 5-10k.

By the time you do your models, repositories, etc you are already about 1-2k lines.

The application logic,controllers,security etc

Anyway person wey never enter plane before go imagine say people no fit go lagos to abuja in under 1 hour.

How can dat fit happen?

Na you "posi" of unbelief they wait you.....

Nmeri17 has said it all. I'm a novice, but the sort of segregation that goes on, in this place, is quite bemusing. It was on this same forum that someone said 'If you write a program that just does database calls and retrievals, that you're not a programmer'. I mean how would novices thrive? With all the constant bickering and braggadocio stunts? Goes back to writing my 12 lines of codes for database connection. I'm not a programmer. At least by una standards.
Maybe you should not cower under the pressure of self pity but strive to be like the people you call "braggadocio".

Everyone started like you, they also had their own pressures from others but they came out well.

Stop pitying for yourself and go beyond your 12 lines. You have just 99988 lines more...

And just ignore guys like @dhtml18, they will make you comfortable with your little.

If you dont work hard under pressure, you are in the wrong profession.

gerrahahere, who are you trying to deceive? you quickly did all the reverse engineering without any assistance from already made tools abi? who are you trying to deceive? definitely not me - I am not one of your blog readers mind you.
It does not make sense to reinvent the wheel.

You just need to know how the wheel was made.

I have not made any such statements. Maybe you need to pay attention to details sha.

Me i no dey claim say i know, i sabi pass you na.

Anyway, i have to go, i get meeting with my mentor "The bahdest programmer ever".

LOL.
ProgrammingRe: Asalimpo and Fincoapp - 2 excellent programmers! by seunthomas:
Now i know say u no sabi anything.

Even when you reverse engineer work, it still takes some effort to understand the logic of what the developer is doing.

Anyway what else do you expect from la King et Troll.

Since you ve admitted your level, am sorry for being too harsh. It won't happen again.
You have joined King Troll to form bully incorporated.

Just like i handed your ass to you with caselaw right??

Maybe you should go and read my thread on security and learn how to implement better security, rather than challenge someone who took 5 mins to decrypt your assets.

Anyway i pass this one. LOL.
