To add to your 9b, one can just easily do a post graduate diploma course with NOUN which is for 2 semesters as against masters which is three if you are in a hurry and admission is actually on now and you would be through before the year runs out, no strike.

From understanding of ur question,you are have your complete proof of funds.there can be excess o considering d exchange rate,but you cannot minus from it.

Well, you need to use the NOC that matches your actual job description to a very good extent. I gave you the code that matched the JD in the link you posted. I am assuming that it is not your exact JD, however it is important that you don't place emphasis on your job title but on the actual duties you perform. So even if in reality you are not a diplomat in the real sense of the word, the job description in that link matches the code I gave you to a very great extent.

Lo and behold, it was PPR. didnt believe it at first, call a friend who has received PPR to help me confirm.
