Ad dynamo vs Google Adsense - Which is better? Hey warriors, I recently stumbled across addynamo - an advertising network like google adsense. By first look i feel its a good alternative but not sure yet. If anyone on warrior forum have used it please share your views on this ad network. I signed up as a publisher and added their code in the sidebar my website. Is it legit ? If yes please tell us more about "addynamo" and how it is different from "google adsense". Thank You in advance. |

The ex-English wife of a Nigerian oil tycoon, Michael Prest, yesterday won a lengthy court battle in Britain for properties he owned worth millions of pounds, in a Supreme Court ruling with significant implications for divorcing couples. Lawyers for Prest had claimed the properties were not his to hand over because they were legally owned by companies in his Petrodel group. But seven judges at the Supreme Court, the highest court in the land, ruled unanimously in favour of his English wife Yasmin, who he married in 1993 and divorced in 2011. They found the disputed properties were held on trust for Michael Prest and he was “beneficially entitled” to them, and as suchthey were eligible to be transferred to his ex-wife. Mr Prest was not in court to hear the judgement being delivered over the £17.5m divorce settlement.http://sunnewsonline.com/new/cover/uk-nigerian-oil-tycoon-loses-17-5m-divorce-battle/ |

How Nigerians Can Lose Weight Fast Losing Weight IS THE MOST DESIRABLE THING FOR ALL THOSE WHO ARE OVER WEIGHT .There are many ways to achieve weight loss . There are different ways Nigerian foods can be adapted for weight loss. One of the ways I have been able to drop adress size is by eating more vegetables and mostly protein. It is also helpful to be flexible by embracing vegetables from different cultures, that way you'll enjoy more healthy options. In the preparation of the green vegetables,I do not use palm oil, rather I use very little vegetable oil (canola oil) or extra virgin olive oil and put fish or chicken in it. You can take this with moi-moi or wheat bread. In losing weight, you can still make your food fun by preparing it yourself and to your taste. So that the veggies retain their nutrients, add at the very last stage of cooking. Let the veggies steam rather than cook (As long as you make sure you wash your veggies properly) Also make steamed or stir fried combination of carrots, peas, onions, red &green bell peppers, chilli flakes (blend dry chillis in the dry blender to easily make yours), tomatoes and chicken (or serve with grilled or cooked fish at the end) (you can add some brocolli - which I was pleasantly surprised to find in the market You can eat this with whole wheat wraps or buy wheat pasta. For the wheat flour just buy wheat grain from the market, youcan usually grind them there too. Sweet potatoes: they have a low glycemic index and eaten in moderation are healthytoo. Eating in moderation, grilling instead of frying, poaching eggs instead of frying are ways you can promote healthy eating. Alsobe sure to drink loads or water, exercise(even if its 10mins brisk walk daily)and avoid eating after 7pm. Eating late makes it impossible for your body to undergo any form of exercise by so doing storing fat in the body |

Despite the increases experienced in the number of schools in Nigeria, the problem of mass faliure in exams like JAMB, POST -UTME continues. This shoking truth makes me wonder if the standard of education in the country is improving or depreciating. Please share your views and make suggestions. This can go along way. God bless Nigeria.
