The FG cannot spend these monies anyhow. They have to be kept in the treasury and used to fund the budget -- as provisions as already been made to use funds recovered from corrupt persons to be included in the budget.

So before you shout "what have they been using these funds for? " just remember there is a process and the funds allocated to ministries and infrastructure could be from these recovered loots and assets.

Zombies like you do not even know that there are two ends of the bridge construction. The Asaba to Onitsha end and the Onitsha to Asaba end. Tolu Ogunlesi showed the Asaba to Onitsha end.

Plus GEJ did only the drawing of the bridge and preliminary ground work.

This current FG has increased the scope of the work and has done including several link roads to the bridge construction and they are the ones now doing the actual work
