Hey people (Promise et Busy!) I quite relate to your differing opinions afterall that's what makes us all unique (, but wait, If we are ALL UNIQUE, doesn't that make us THE SAME - Another topic for another thread surely, LOL!)Back to the matter at hand; Promise's analogy is correct in that on the average (at least in Nigeria) the value of the property is between 30-35 years of today's rent. Look around and check it out. At the same time, he missed out a point in that chain of thought which Archemedes pointed out (increasing value of said property etc) and that noone should buy for rental income only. Thanks for the encouragement Busy but "abeg u veri mush on behalf of Promise". We are sorry for any and all previous transgressions (No vex biko!). Note that the price of the property in question has been adjusted after due consultations. I say once again, Seller is not unreasonable Shagati |
Priced to sell! |
Too fine its almost obscene! Hook me up na?!?! |
@ Promise Great analogy. I reiterate: Seller is not unreasonable ![]() |
Promise There are two apartments - each on two floors so they cant be described as flats (Duplex rather) The quarters at the back has rooms, stores, lounges + kitchen toilet and bath on three floors so can be converted/remodelled to taste Each apartment can attract betweed N750-850k (the sitting occupants paid N600k in the last rental year) |
surface:Oh darn! Here we go! |
@Hay I don't want to limit abilities here. If one feels the number's really special, one will go all out to acquire same. Cheers |

Too many to mention but some that come to mind are: ", offenders would be decisively dealt with" (Or ", offenders would be made to face the full wrath of the law, " - Commonly used by Nigerian Govt agencies. You'd never hear a phrase like that in a civilised democracy"It's like" - (", It's like I want to go to school today, " Very bad grammer!"So therefore" - Atiku is no 1 culprit here. "Whatever" - You're losing an argument and the next thing to say is "WATEVA", SHEESH, I could strangle!!! ![]() I'll think up some more and add to the above list Shagati |
190:Seconded Georgie Porgie, Watch It!! |
Dear Sips, Thanks for thanking me (I hope you dont thank me for thanking you for thanking me! LOL!) Property is priced to sell. Owner is not in the least bit unreasonable. View house, make offer and we'll take it from there |
Me thinks it would be a straight tie between the 2003-2006 Honda Accord (End of discussion) and the 2003-2006 Toyota Corolla Though the 1998-2002 Honda Accord (Baby Boy) and 1998-2002 Toyota Camry are also not in short supply

BUMP! |

sunshineky:Not a dealer, just an active biker. Assumed you wanted stuff like riding tips, steps to choosing a bike etc oblo:This is not the best of times to be buying things with the crazy dollar exchange rate A friend of mine just bought a 2006 600cc bike for NGN1m!! This ordinarily shouldn't have cost more that 700-750k a few months ago so in terms of sourcing a bike, not now at all!! |
@ Poster What do you want to know? Yes I'm in Lagos Shagati |
No wahala Nautillus ![]() |
