I am planning to relocate to Dubai with 3 years woking permit which will be sent by the company that want to employ me over there. But, I am afraid of taking this offer because the job is  for  the unskilled worker and secondly I do not really know what is going on with Nigerians in Dubai.Currently, I have H.N.D in Accounting from one of the polytechics in Nigeria and I have been seaching for job for more than 14 months without seeing any job in Nigeria.I would be happy if the Nigerians in Dubai can help me answer the following questions before I take my final decision.

1. Is it going to  be easy for me to get another  job when I get to Dubai?

2. How is life in Dubai?

3.what should be my expectations in Dubai?

Please, I need advise from those who have knowledge of Dubai.

My husband is in UK at the moment. We got married in India so you think I have to attest the marriage certificate in India? Even though if I have the British Nationality 15 years ago?

I am a British citizen and want to move to Dubai along with my two children. My husband holds a residence visa and owns a LLC company in Dubai, he also owns a flat. Would we able to get the residence visa for Dubai? If yes can you tell me the procedure for it please?

fellow nairalanders, what i am bout to tell y'all is the main fact, raw fact. We are on a 6 month IT break in school so i decided to take a time out, i planned to travel out to work and make some little dough, i tried goin to the states bt proved abortive so i turned my way to the uae, dubai. To be frank with u fellas tins aisnt easy down here, the employers ar e quite discriminative they don't want to employ nlack especially nigeria. i atte

Oman is a another country beside UAE.

shagri, I really appreciate your useful advice and contributions, He told me that his dads friend is there and he will offer him accomodation and also he would like to know more about what you mean by not having enough social life and also he would like to know if he can travel to Canada or United States when the school is on break because the school are going to give him his residence permit, Also,he is going to be schooling full time and also is the place really that expensive apart from accomodation,

I have this urge to visit Dubai after you showed all the beautiful pics and tourist sites! my vaccation is coming up in December but this sister might have a challenge with accomation ,can u please let me know where they have clean and affordable(cheap) hotels in Dubai.

dubai american university in terms of standard great,but he should be aware that it is an expensive country 1000 dollars a month for a room and also
he should know that he can not work while in school.
