Job Title: Deputy Manager/Manager

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Controller - Compliance, he/she will be required to:
 Review documented policies, processes and guidelines of operations to ensure adherence to set objectives and standards
 Conduct company risk analysis and interpret results to highlight key risk exposures
 Monitor adherence to Company’s practices and evaluate the level of deviation from set policies.
 Investigate non compliance issues, if any and ascertain lapses.
 Ensure existence of adequate internal controls to avoid excessive use of authority by employees.
 Codify documented policies, systems, processes and guidelines of operations of the Departments/Units within the company.
 Examine financial, operating information and reporting systems
 Review efficiency and effectiveness of operational controls as well as accounting controls.
 Review operations and the work of various department/units for full compliance in line with approved policies, systems, processes and ensure guidelines are strictly adhered to.
 Other relevant assignments as required by the Senior Controller - Compliance

Specification for the position shall be:
 Male or female with a minimum of Higher National Diploma Finance, Accounting or Social Sciences
 Must be a Chartered Accountant
 At least 10 years cognate working experience, 5 - 7 of which should have been in practice in a first class audit firm 3 of which must be at supervisory level.
 Age, not more than 35 years
 Ability to work independently without supervision
 Must be a confidant self starter, well focused and objective driven
 He /She should have good organizational and multi-tasking skills, as well as possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
 Must possess adequate software skills and be able to use financial software.
 Experience in auditing especially systems, risk assessment and structural audit
 Good working experience with a conglomerate with international operating systems
 She must be a dynamic individual with a world view and sense of purpose, ready to take on new challenges and embrace change.

Bros i checked out a couple of your past posts before i made this entry and it seems you always have something "wise" to say about almost everything anyone says. Bros you need to take a chill pill.

First and foremost, i don't work for smartbudgets, i don't get a commission off sales.
Bought a couple of cars from them in the past and even referred others. People deserve to know where they can buy their cars from without any fear of being sold a scrap, or don't you think so. Did i ask anybody to mention my name when they make their enquiries?
