If we all lived in one continent, and we waz all from da same race(everybody in da world was from the same race), how diff would da world be? How about if we all shared the same belief/religion, shared da same culture, followed the same political party, had da same economy. A great believer of others I was and although I never thought I had what it took to be a selfless person, I did aspire to the idea until recently. You see, it always felt great to be there for others in their time of need and it does (or should I say it did) until not long ago but why does it seem weakness to many?

The police took me in their car because they wanted to take me a to relative or a friends home. and as we're driving I ask them what would happened to me if no one was home, where would they send me? and they said that they would have no choice but to take me back home, I told the police to drive me to my local masjid and from there the muslims took care of me very well. and for the 1st three days i've spent the night there. then an elder lady who goes to the same masjid came to my rescue and brought me into her home.

And that is the honest to God truth about my life.
my mom is not a very good mom, she doesn't support me in anything i do. she's always critizing me and she has nothing but negative things to say about me and other people. if something bad happends she the 1st to blame it on the world when in reality it's her fault. she is always drunk and angry and she has hit me more times before while i was middle school and i had to go to school with bruises. when people saw my scars i would tell them that i was clumsy and fell, I've always had to make excuses in my life,

This elder lady, who i live with now has two grandson's. they're ok. and i help the elderly lady around the house by cooking and cleaning and she pays me $25 dollars per week.
I'm thankful for her giving me a home.

but the truth is, I don't want to be here. i'm only 22 years, i'm not even in school and i don't have a job.

Muslims and the fast food industry is not usually a good mix esp. when one lives in some of these countries. I know many of us dont hesitate to order burgers and whatnot from Mcdonalds and such but how sure are u that food is actually halal. Why take the risk and wing it. And later get shocked when u find that ur dua has not been accepted.

R u fulfilling the conditions for ur dua,saum and salat to be accepted by Allah? Surely,we shouldnt fast All day only to break our saum with food that u r not sure is lawful for u to consume.

Can pain be pleasure? I don't know if that is the best way to decribe the pyschological experiences or feelings of satisfaction some people get from inflicting pain on themselves or others.

But for the longest time I have been wondering at the way some people handle pain and hate from outside. Like you've already mentioned inflicting that same pain on others eases a certain innate aspect of some of us. For example the bully has been abused or is being abused at home. The wife beater is suffering in a matter he cannot explain and by beating his wife it is a form of release of that pain.

The nicest, most gentle men are the ugliest. But strangely, the ugly women are the rudest ones. Just an observation i made.

How to sue age?

Well I want to sue age; I don’t know which court to contact and what kind of lawyers to hire. As you know age makes beautiful flowers to get old and deteriorate in beauty and existence. Though age is not good for any creature regardless of who was the creator when it comes to followers it worse. So I want to sue age?

1 – Definition of “shares”

A share is a specific part of the total capital of a company.

A share is defined as being the share that the shareholder has in a financial company, or the portion of the company’s capital that is assigned to him as confirmed in a legal document that has a nominal value, where the sum of all the shares represents the capital of the company and each share is of equal value.

Based on this, a share is an independent document that is given to the shareholder and contains information that has to do with the company, such as the company name, the amount of its capital, its nationality, the location of its headquarters, the serial number of the share, its value and the name of the shareholder, if he is to be mentioned by name, or the comment that the share belongs to the bearer.

2 – Ruling on shares:

There is nothing basically wrong with buying and selling shares, but there are a number of things to be avoided, as follows:

(i) Buying and selling shares in companies in which it is haraam to have shares, because they sell things that are not halaal, or they help in spreading corruption and falsehood.

(ii) Buying and selling shares in banks that deal in riba (usury or interest).

(iii) Depositing shares in riba-based banks, because that will lead to the profits being mixed with riba.

The Standing Committee was asked about buying shares in private companies that deal only in charitable work, agriculture, banks, insurance companies and petroleum companies. They replied:

It is permissible for a person to buy shares in these companies so long as they do not deal with riba; if they deal with riba then it is not permitted, because it is proven in the Qur’aan and Sunnah, and by scholarly consensus, that dealing in riba is haraam.

Similarly it is not permissible for a person to buy shares in commercial insurance companies, because insurance policies involve ambiguity and buying something unknown, and they involve riba, so they are forbidden according to Islamic sharee’ah.

The following is the text of a question and answer from the Fatwa Council of the Kuwaiti Finance House:

Question:

Is it permissible to buy and sell shares in foreign companies such as General Motors, Phillips and Mercedes, knowing that these are manufacturing companies, but they do not hesitate to lend and borrow money with interest?

Answer:

The principle of buying shares in manufacturing, commercial and agricultural companies is allowed according to sharee’ah, because they are subject to either profit or loss, and this is akin to mudaarabah or limited partnerships which the Lawgiver allows, subject to the condition that this partnership avoid engaging in riba transactions, whether that involves taking or paying interest. It may be understood from your question that you are aware that these companies deal with riba, taking and paying interest. On this basis, buying shares in them is to be regarded as buying shares in a riba-based operation, which is forbidden in sharee’ah. And Allaah knows best.

What happens if the person has no friends?

There is some truth to that statement but u cant really base a judgement on just that information.

But i believe it depends on what aspect of that person`s live ur evaluation.Some people different sets of friends for different parts of their lives.U might make a friend who has opposite values and beliefs to u for a specific reason,someone u lack but like in them.

There is always some exceptions to the rules

There's no age limit to who someone can marry, whether it's a cougar stretching her saggy, expired skin on a young, hot guy or (as you said) an old, creepy-looking man over a young, fresh babe as long as 1) the young person has reached the age of marriage (whether that's 15 or 25) and 2) that the young person is not literally forced and made to marry the older person under any form of threat.

So, if, as you said, an old friend or cousin married his youngest daughter to an old friend who returned from abroad (no matter the motive, for money or whatever) and managed to persuade his daughter to go with it (whether he said that he's gonna give her his blessings and she accepted it) I do not see any problem in that at all
