Some lands appreciate by 50% even within the first year. Depends of the level of development of the area at that time. Some business don't even make half of it's capital within the first year. Bad advice from a wicked adviser. what is landed properties? Landed properties are long term investments, how can any reasonable person use a bank loan to buy landed properties as an investment?? do you think a landed property can give you your capital back within that short time also give you the profits?? if you built a house with #10m it will take you minimum of 7 years to get back your capital before you start talking of profits. Look for something reasonable to do, like buying and selling at least, am from there you can be making little profit that you will set aside and starts paying back your loan as at when due.

Approval is still ongoing. Some got their approvals on SUNDAY, two days ago. Provided you applied correctly, with GOD on your side you'll get shortlisted.

This number sent the mail 08108713300. So I copied and forwarded my one year bank statement to all the above email and called the both numbers and they confirmed that they have received my bank details but I should just wait and that is what they have been telling me ever since and I just hope it works but am not too keen about it because my health is Paramount to me so no need bordering myself. Those I helped in applying late April, May and even June some have gotten theirs so you can see my frustration,,, and I have decided not to take it hard on myself.

Same with me, I applied first week of April and by June I was got an SMS that I should upload my bank statements of one year and send within 78 hours which I did and I called afterwards but was told that they have migrated their approval system to another pattern since they no longer need suretees and guarantors and that those of us that applied first week of April should hold on as they will get back to us and up till today no information from them. I have called several times and was told that ours will be approved later on so I just have to forget them for now till anytime they are ready for me so that my blood pressure will not go up because of a loan that am not sure of. I don't like troubling myself for things like this and this is my first time commenting concerning this loan. Pls don't worry yourself much because of this as you may develop sickness so chill out if it comes thank God if it did not come life goes on.. cheers to all.

I red it from many National dailies that payment for payroll support commences end of October. Everybody can't be verify Sir. I believe more applications will be verified but it can't be all. Verifying all simply means everybody will get the support which is practically impossible.

ok, let me hold your view just like a friend told me that it will be pratically impossible to verify a hundred thousand applicants within the time frame, let me keep hoping that it will work out well for all of us.

Nothing has reflected on employees page but only the message that I should upload.... but mine is captured.

Secondly, is the status of your application verified or captured and they still sent the message?

Cos mine, both company and employee is verified, is there tendency of receiving same message cos almost everyone is complaining of same issue.

That is what I don't know, initially what I add was payslips for my worker and their account and bvn details while I add my corporate account in addition to my bvn details also but my has been captured but as fory employees, they are asking for bank details of payment from my account to that of my employees something like that.
I have tried uploading my bank statements but it is not working..
Pls share your experience with me...

Not through e-mail but through my page, they sent a link that I should upload bank account details as proof of payment for my employees. I have been trying to upload my corporate account and my personal one but it is not uploading...

which Accessbank?? is it the one I bank with?? I don't think so. I have three accounts i.e two cooperate accounts and one saving account plus another account with Diamond bank yet no sms was sent to me. Accessbank bad deceptions are like 5&6.

I do pay them by cash though I submitted their pay slips.

I don't know how long you are to wait. Mine was like yours. I woke up one day to see everything captured. After 2 days, my business account status became verified and my employees were changing daily from captured to verified.
