This Snapnet guys fumbled o. Giving people that did first undue advantage by setting past questions online word for word and from gmat without any changes. Can't
they set like SHL or how WAEC did during Nlng graduate trainee where u can't cram.

Most people that will pass and score high are
those who crammed the question source from d info they got thereby make d cut off high. How
is this test of knowledge?

I hope that there will be another stage called
Skill test about your field. If that is the case, cut
off of this test will be lowered. Note that cut off
is dependent on your state and position u applied.

I hope dragnet set the skill test questions not this guys who will just copy online. Everyone of the same field and category should write same time.

If there is no next stage of skill test and interview follows, then d DPR will be in soup
in d future.

Just finished my test. Snapnet is the worst vendor ever. The questions and options for fill-in-the-gap questions were constructed badly. It got to a point that I was wondering if the questions were set by an illiterate ... How I wish Dragnet had conducted the test.

Was scheduled for 11 am today but wrote before the appointed time.
The questions were ok apart from the maths.
Mine was 5 sections and only one section was maths and the rest was English.
The English was cool and far better than the maths.
My questions were not the same with they questions posted here.
The main thing is for you to get the idea and try to apply it. So no need for you to cram questions posted on nairaland here.
From my own experience, I will say you should try and answer the English part first, then jump to the number sequence/series and then the profit n loss percentage because time is not your friend and dwelling more profit n loss will only waste your time and prevent you from meeting up.
The verbal is more and you can easily decipher them. I had like 11 mins to revise my work.
The number sequence/series is easy compared to percentage loss and percentage gained.

This is really sad and discouraging....Well, I would still give thanks to God for whatever outcome that is coming my way next. +9days and counting..

Hello, while I respect your opinion, I am however surprised at your view.
One would have expected a better comprehension from an applicant at this stage. (no pun intended)

1. I am taking aback to hear you say the out of pocket stipend is ridiculous, maybe you have confused per diem for this stipend. (oga, your leaving expenses is.been catered for already) The letter explicitly mentioned that accommodation, feeding and local conveyance would be on the sponsoring company. Your stipend is for out of pocket expenses only (you are not on a shopping spree).
Let me digress a lil, TOTAL is a thousand times bigger than Dangote, it's last batch of trainee were paid 80k/month for almost a year while interning at ogere, convert that to USD and let's talk about Industry market rate. SHELL would be sending some Nigerians to the UK for rotor tug ship handling for tandem operations, how much is their stipend?
Payment after training is always different and much better. And yes, it's a favour to work there, you are not better off than others who didnt scale through. Think about the better you after a year of intensive training for free rather than quitting your accommodation.

2. Your time line would be issued at companys' discretion, not at your time.

3. Selection letter cannot equal employment offer, the clause in the email body spells this out completely. You all are still subject to having positive medical result. Meaning no confirmation of offer yet. (this should not be explained to an applicant at this stage)

4. Have you confirmed your destination to be India yet? And for the 'conventional practice', Oga, there is nothing of such cast upon stones to be followed.
As well, no company pays anybody money to send to dependents at home. You would only send money home from whatever you signed up for At your own discretion. The company cannot factor this into HR policy, not everyone has dependents, this is not the salvation army.
Your income is only a means to an end, not the end itself.

I have friends who turned the offer down, you could do same. No need to rebel, it is an offer and you were asked to accept Or decline hence your feedback was requested (perhaps the 'observation' word used in the letter confused you. It's just an official way of asking for acceptance / declination to progress on this occasion so someone else can be filled in or otherwise.

P.S . I am not in this recruitment process and forgive any typo, I am not a n English girl.
