I use a 1.5kva 24v safe power inverter, I've wondering what the idle load is...anyone knows?

I bought my car 4yrs ago but I have never change the transmission fluid though I have not drive 2000miles since I bought it. Even the break oil and power steering oil have not been top since then. Must I change all the fluids?

My car is still working perfectly anytime I want to drive it out

Every order oil is fine even the transmission oil so long as it is gauged and looking and smells good. BUT as a matter of URGENCY u need to change that engine oil and filter. As it is, your vehicle hardly gets to average temperature as such this will create gunk inside the engine as result of cold oil all the time. An engine oil not used properly MUST be changed every 3-6 month depending on the viscosity grade

HA02 battery balancer 24v. I use two 12v batteries (quanta), so I used only one balancer

the difference is the voltage. A 12v solar panel will mostly cap it vmp @ 18, enough to push the amps into the batt, while 24v solar panel will capped its vmp @ above the nominal voltage of a 24v system.

So will the 24v panel produce more current than the 12v panel?

Just to disillusion you on the nameplate vs actual values, I once rush ordered a set of 250W panels to expand and match my existing 240W panels up on the mount. Lo and behold, I was sold the exact same panels as I previously had as 250W panels. The 240W readings were a perfect match to their nameplates whereas the 250W panels read nothing like their nameplate and read exactly as the 240W ones. The figures on the 250W panels didn't even make sense.

It could be you had a mismatch from the outset with sustained reverse current burning your diode and cable.

Hmmm, this makes a lot of sense. It also explains the bunt wires.

You are on point. VoC ~21.5v is the correct reference.

Please try taking measurements at the panel junction box instead of across the wires to see if the issue is with the panel itself or with compromised wiring.

If you get thesame lower than spec reading at the junction box and after eliminating the diode you replaced then it is possible a few cells on the panel are bad.

Other people with more experience in panel repairs will doubtless chip in soon.

I did test them at the junction box but same reading.

You should be more concerned with getting the panels back to operating close to their nameplate specs. Was the nameplate VoC or VmP on the panel spec'ed at 21v? Why are you using 21v as a benchmark?

First note the nameplate specs VoC, VmP and rated current - then check how actual readings compare - you may want to match rating of the wires and diodes and other stuff you changed as close as possible to what came with the panels from the factory - if possible take your readings at power source on the panels vs. from the cables to rule out weak or burnt cables which are not showing up readily in your testing.

Very likely your panels suffered a lightning surge or prolonged overcurrent/short circuit to damage them so - I experienced this only once on an installation that suffered lightning damage about 2 years after we had installed the system - 12 panels and about 8 had burnt wires - took us nearly the entire day to fix things, test and put the system back in service.

The flames panel was the one with the bunt wire that I fixed, while the other is the one with low reading on 16.5v

I went up The roof to check on my panels, I have a 2*3 system, to my surprise, the two panels in array 1 are showing abnormal reading. While one show 0.56v, the other shows 16.5v. So I took them down for proper inspection. I found out that the one with 0.56v had a bunt +ve wire which I replaced and it now reads 21v but the other one is still reading 16.5v even after I changed the single diode at the back.
How can I boost it back to 21v?

I Need help, I bought a brand new Flexmax Fangpusun 60a cc to replace my Small Mppt cc. My current PV is still 6 130w in 2*3 set up, 2 batteries in 24v system.

Initially the old cc always never go beyond 12amp. So I thought I will get more current with the new Fangpusun cc but I was wrong as it will be reading 2-3amps on a good sunny day and a max yield of 1.8kw. See pic below please

Hello everyone, I'm planning on increasing my solar panels, I currently have a total of 780 Watts (130w x 6) arranged in 2*3. Although, My new cc max PV is 1500w at 24v, which I plan to maximise. My problem is can I add 6 more panels (in 2*3) which will total 1560 (a little above the specified max pv). The cc is Fangpusun flexmax mppt60a.
Also, any idea on a good tier one 130w PV?

Please house, please tell me, did I fry my charge controller?

Wanted to take out the batteries, so I disconnected the charge controller from the battery, but when I reconnected it, the screen was just static.

Then I noticed that my battery voltage had climbed up to 67v which seems like direct panel voltage straight in to my battery.

Was I supposed to disconnect the solar from the charge controller before disconnecting the battery from the controller

so sad right now

Your CC is most likely tossed, same thing happened to me few months ago.
