I have to disagree with you on this, this shows nothing and it is definitely not a sign of industrialization,this is a fiscal index table and the reason why SW is in red is cos they are spending more than they are receiving which may or may not be fixed easily. Even if you look at the monthly revenue of SW states you can see clearly that they are making more money than you.For starters show me the richest region in Nigeria.
