with what I'm seeing here, it shows you are not a professional, pls where is the area of your dinning, guest toilet and lobby within the house and the position of your exit is poor.

I should have label them or what did you mean. Dinning is 3300mm ×3000mm that is big enough, guest toilet is 900mm×1500mm standard dimensions. And exit is okay.

In his verdict, the Speaker, Mr Yakubu Dogara explained that any bill(s) that seeks to amend the constitution are normally allowed to pass through the 2nd Reading, before being sent to the adhoc committee on the review of constitution.

Members of the House of Representatives are divided over a bill seeking to alter Section 308 of the 1999 Constitution.
