The year 2020 is a BEEF SEASON!!! Talking about the current beef going on between BlaqBonez vs Khaligraph Jones.

Before i drop my personal opinion about the two tracks here is a summary for those with no idea on what am talking about.

It all started started with BlaqBonez sending shots to Sound City for giving Khaligraph Jones the BEST HIP HOP MVP award at the recently award show.

Blaq Bonez took to social media, stating the he (Bonez) is the best rapper of all time and Sound City MVP awards got it wrong when they handed the award to Khaligraph.

“Somebody tell Khaligraph that I’m still the best rapper in Africa Sound City got it wrong. Diss track in the morning, you know what I mean!!!”

said Blaq Bonez.

However, Bonez later on apologized to Khaligraph saying

“Lmaoo I’m kidding about a diss track oo. Wtf you people are taking me too seriously. Congrats @Khalipgraph Jones. And I’m sorry.”

In a quick reply, Khaligraph said that Blaq Bonez has provoked him and it’s time to teach the whole Nigerian industry how the rap game is done.

“Nigga has apologized. What a shame . I was so excited , now am gonna diss each and every one of you all Nigerian rappers and become the top Nigerian rapper then apply for Citizenship. There cause every doing afro pop now”

Khaligraph further reacted by saying.

“@blaqbonez The Nigerian Rap game is in Your hands right now, You can decide to save them by dropping that diss track or you can wait for Thanos to come and wipe out everybody, you have a few hours, Think about it. Wasted Drip, thought you was gonna go on stage with it to take the award, take them back to the stylist now”


This provoked BlaqBonez who then replied him with

“ @khaligraph_jones everyone wants a taste of that Nigerian hype, your move g. Lmao you’re wasting punchlines bro, go to the studio”

Khaligraph then went ahead to dropped “Best Rapper in Nigeria” which to me was aimed/dropped at the right time.

anyway it only took BlaqBonez couple of days to come back with a “Hitta Flow” on Khaligraph with lotta “BARZ” on his “Green Blaq Green”.

After listening to both tracks for close to 3days my review is thus:

In the 1990s Death Row was founded by Knight and Dr. Dre. The label helped launch the careers of Snoop Dogg, Nate Dogg and The Dogg Pound. Tupac Shakur was also a member of the label before he was tragically killed.

On April 4, 2006, Knight filed bankruptcy due to civil litigation against him in which Lydia Harris claimed to have been cheated out of a 50% stake in Death Row Records. Before Kanye West family’s big Christmas party, Kim Kardashian revealed she and Kanye West gifted their oldest child with a jacket once worn by Michael Jackson. According to Kim, their daughter is a big fan of MJ and they picked up the jacket which he wore to Elizabeth Taylor’s 65th birthday celebration at auction.

The jacket went up for sale at Julien’s Icons and Idols: Rock ‘N’ Roll auction back in October, where it was sold presumably to Kim and Kanye for $65,625. According to the listing, the custom velvet jacket adorned with white stones and pearls was also worn by Jackson to the 50th Cannes Film Festival, where Michael Jackson was screening his film “Ghosts” in 1997. “The jacket additionally has two crown decorations on the collar, a burgundy satin band on the right arm, and zips on the front,” reads the listing.

The present comes at the end of another controversial year for the Jackson estate, following HBO’s airing of “Leaving Neverland” back in March. The documentary brought allegations of sexual molestation that both Wade Robson and James Safechuck made against the singer back into the forefront. While the two men’s lawsuit against the estate was dropped in 2017, they continued to fight in 2019 and are hopeful to have their day in court.

Jackson, was arrested and charged with extortion back in May 2018 for allegedly trying to get money out of Hart in exchange for the clip of Kevin Hart’s Cheating Affair.
Jackson, so far, has been cleared of attempted extortion, attempted concealing and selling stolen property, and unauthorized use of personal identifying information. He’s still facing an additional count of identity theft, the case is ongoing. Jackson has denied all the allegations against him.

Parrish explained on the docuseries.

“I don’t know who it was, sent me an edited video of Kevin and another woman. I was pregnant at the time. I was about 7-8 months pregnant, I was having breakfast, I opened my phone and immediately I just lost it. I called him crying, I’m like pissed. After Parrish got the spotlight on Kevin Hart’s Cheating Affair, Hart opened up more saying the “toughest thing was telling my wife” and adding that there’s “no easy way to have that conversation”

“The worst part is just knowing how you made somebody feel,” he continued. “When I got to see that firsthand with Eniko, when I got to see the affect my reckless behavior had, that was crushing. That tore me up. That really tore me up.”

The 2020 SXSW confirmed 9 African STARS for next year’s festival.
The 2020 SXSW would include A total of nine artists from the Africa continent, six of which are from South Africa, are among the first wave of Showcasing Artists on the SXSW 2020 line-up.

AKA, Cassper Nyovest, Amanda Black, Samthing Soweto, Nadia Nakai and Moonchild Sanelly will be representing South Africa in the festival which takes place in Austin, Texas annually.

Nigeria’s Simi and Lady Donli and Lesotho’s Morena Leraba are also on the line-up of showcasing artists, which consists of artists from 51 countries according to reports from Okayafrica.

The first wave of African artists is a great mixture of mainstream and niche artists, and it’s highly likely to get even better with more artists being added in the near future before the festival takes place.

Dubbed the ‘Stormzy effect’, admissions of Black students at the university are now up by 50 percent.
Ghanaian-British rapper Stormzy is busy helping Black students get into one of the most prestigious universities in the world. Last year, the rapper launched his own scholarship which aims to provide funding for Black students wanting to be admitted into Cambridge University.

According to AllHipHop, the rapper has been credited with a 50 percent increase in the admissions of Black students at the top-tier university. The phenomenon has now been dubbed the “Stormzy effect”.

The rapper has now granted scholarships to four students, paying their tuition fees and living costs for two black students each year.

The weekend box office still have it that once again, Joker reigns supreme. The Todd Phillips movie starring Joaquin Phoenix as a crazy killer clown who loves to dance ended up at the top of the box office for the second week in a row.

While “Joker” gets to stay at the top of the charts, the weekend’s biggest winner was Bong Joon Ho’s highly acclaimed Parasite. The film opened in limited release in New York in LA, playing in three theaters total. But that limited release netted $376,264, which (via Box Office Mojo again) makes it the biggest location average of the year and the 18th largest of all-time.
