BusinessRe: Palmpay Claimed Zenith Bank Freezed My Funds In Palmpay by shem4soul: 8:10am On May 24
distinctwallex:
I was owing palmpay and their total money with default charges was around 51k, yesterday I transferred a total of 71k from my own other personal bank accounts to clear all the debts including default charges, however I noticed after clearing the debt, the sum of #19000 was frozen, I called customer care to complain and the lady claimed that it was zenith bank that reported my palmpay account to have received an error transfer on Oct 15th,2025, she said I should send an email to palmpay and also contact zenith bank. I didn't remember receiving any money in Oct 2025, so I decided to download my account history and there was nothing like that, in fact the last transaction was June 2024, So is palmpay playing pranks with me or is it really possible for zenith bank to report that I received money when there's no such record on my transaction history. What should be my next move now?
Pls anyone with similar experience and how did u resolve it, that 19k is very important to me in this govt regime o...

Attached is a screenshot of the frozen fund, I didn't attach my account history for safety purposes
I think the issue is from PalmPay... They are thief I had issue like this that I complain on Nairaland. . Some people said I wanted to tarnish PalmPay images. The worst part is if you go to PalmPay office across each state, you will find at least 3 people daily having issue with PalmPay ( I mean freezing of account without solution) ...

If you don't take this issue with seriousness, PalmPay won't release ur money.

Their customer care Is not even helping matter especially if you send message.. Or call them, they will tell you same thing....

I later drag them on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram... Started tagging VDM, sowore, CBN, NDIC before they released my money after 6 months +

My Own Perspective on Ezra’s Story

To be honest, I believe God still wants to give Ezra a second chance. I know him personally, and my family was close to his especially his mother and his siblings, who was a close friend of mine. From his days at Iganmode Grammar School until he entered Babcock University, Ezra was a dedicated Christian. I still remember during his WAEC exam when someone tried to give him expo and he refused. D teacher came to report to my mom...That’s the type of person he was.

Yes, they had family issues, but I won’t say that was what changed him because I also had family issues, almost similar to theirs, and I didn’t go in the same direction. At the end of the day, it still depends on the individual. There are certain things I may feel like doing today, but when I remember those teachings we received back then in Deeper Life, I hold myself back. I’m not perfect, but those moral foundations still guide me.

That’s why I disagree with the part of the post that says being a “Deeper Life kid” meant strictness without love, or that the system focused only on “performance of holiness.” That wasn’t entirely my experience. We were taught discipline, yes, but many of those teachings helped shape our character.

I don’t think Deeper Life or the upbringing is what affected him. Everyone’s journey is different, and only God truly knows what someone is dealing with on the inside. My only hope is that, no matter where he is now, God will still reach out to him because grace is always available.

What is the story behind the fraudulent transaction? Was your account mistakenly credited and you refused to return the money? .if yes, then you deserve to be given a bit or run-around before releasing your account. I wish Nigerians can be more proactive like the person that reported your account and stop leaving everything to God.
It is a payment of goods at my store 2100.... I have provided all the documents palmpay required including my CAC registration to show that I register for my business.. But still yet palmpay is playing games with my capital of 251,000

Nairalanders, I need your advice urgently.

I made the mistake of banking with PalmPay despite several warnings from people around me. Now, it has turned into my biggest financial regret.

They claimed my account was “fraudulent” because of a **₦2,100 payment for goods** that came in. Based on that, they froze my account containing **₦251,000** — my hard-earned business funds — and have been using it to run their business while giving me endless excuses.

I have submitted **all required documents**, including my **CAC certificate**, yet they have refused to release my money. Customer service keeps tossing me around without a concrete resolution.

If you think this is just my case, go to PalmPay’s **Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook** pages — the complaints are endless. Better still, visit their offices and see the long queues of frustrated customers having similar issue

Please, Nairalanders, has anyone here faced a similar situation and successfully recovered their money? What legal or practical steps can I take to get my **₦251,000** back from these people?

In my opinion, PalmPay does not prioritize transparency or customer support, and I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting them with your money.
I attached thier response on Facebook.. Same response on Twitter and Instagram... Seems it's an automated message

Hello people... I noticed like two of this irritating bedbugs about two days ago and i thought it was just a coincidence as i happen to rear a dog as a pet... But i happened to spot like 4 others yesterday to my shock cause i happen to stay in a clean environment and i have read here about how people had to dispose of their entire furnitures because of these pests and i'm scared.

Please any info of how to totally clear them off my house.
Boil water..and pour it on d affected areas....it works perfectly than all these chemicals....hot water is one of d best solution, hot water also kills bed bugs eggs

YINKS89:
Personal experience;

So it happened that my dad sent me to one of his friends office to pick up a file and on getting there the man was not around so the secretary asked me to sit down on the sofa (my greatest undoing)

The man's office is a very big one so they have a separate visitors room where you can just relax while you wait for him. I sat down and slept off while waiting for him but woke up to a sting.

My first thought was maybe it was this normal mosquitoes that flies around so I did not read much to it then the man came attended to me and I went to give my dad his files. Note that I don't stay with my dad so immediately I dropped the file I excused myself and went home to my roomself contain on getting hoke I took off my cloth threw ot on the bed and went to take my shower (2nd mistake).

When I got back I picked up the clothes and put it in the basket unbeknownst to me I already have a foreigner in my room. After about 3 days I started noticing stings but this was different from the normal mosquitoes because I fleet my room at interval. One night it was so much that I had to wake up in the middle of the night to check that was when I stone of them on the wall, I killed it but then I begin to wonder how I got it there.
To cut the story short I discovered that I got it from my dad's friend office the day they decided to dispose off the Cushine in that off due to bug and funmigate then it dawn on me where they came from.

Note that I used a lot of chemicals but they wouldn't leave, sniper ,DD force, baygon even kerosene but alas that said my time is over in that house. Immediately my rent was due I took very few cloths to the dry cleaner got rid of most of my household items by selling it off to get a new one and that was how I got rid of bed bugs.

Those things never die.

If you've ever experienced bed bug invasion share your experience and how you got rid of them.
D best solution is boil water and pour it on d affected spot...I ve used it and it is highly effective..hot water kills bed bugs and it's egg
