From my angle, cases are handled differently. The balance should make sense to some extent(covering a year tuition), the cash flow of the account, and source of income which is what they pay attention to. It's all about the Most High!

Be positive...people with such grades were admitted.
(1)I think it depends on what you studied @ undergraduate level and what you intend @ pg level.
(2)Your level of experience which is basically deciphered from your letter of intent you forward.
(3)Number of available slot and above all...God's favor!
