A married woman(not court-wedding/no marriage certificate) intends to apply for international passport prior to visa processing.
She adopted her husband's surname for legal documents such as national ID and PVC for which she indicated her marital status as married.
However, she only did traditional wedding with no marriage certificate.
Is it compulsory that she 'acquires' the marriage certificate before applying for the Nigerian International passport?

I intend to start up a travel agency very soon.
I already have a short time experience working with an IATA accredited travel agency and I am passionate about this business.
I do intend to start small, hence I won't be aiming for the IATA license for now. initial service would be flight ticketing, Although I'm thinking of including other services such as visa consultancy, tour arrangements, hotel booking, etc.. but how do I go about this?
