To the glory of God , He sent a helper that assisted us in paying using form A via Skye bank.To the glory of God again, $8000 was given as PTA from stanbic for me and wifey on 10th. POE was IAH and as usual, God sent us a helper. May God bless that CBP officer abundantly. So far we are settling down.

It was a re-application. was rejected sometimes in Feb.
