I'm glad I was alive to witness the acts of this great man Gani...I was deeply saddened when he passed on due to cancer ( don't know why good people die earlier than bad people).His story is an inspiration to all,it just goes to show that in anything you find your self doing give it your best and no matter how it pans out never look down on yourself...Keep on fighting

NOUN most times serve as 'a run-to haven' for students that couldn't meet University cut-off marks in Jamb. And since they will start enjoying the same benefits as other graduates, then their admission process too should be reviewed accordingly. I am only calling for fairness in the system.

and as someone who has got the "I got it" intellect then you should be aware of the key reason for the establishment of this institution(which is clearly stipulated). By the way I'm not even a NOUN graduate(so you don't think I'm defending them based on loyalty)...I rep team purple & gold...

The rate at which depression is on the increase is quite alarming. It's not as if I haven't had my fair share of this problem but at the same time we all need to be strong for one another, remember a tree does not make a forest on its own. Like in my case I believe the major cause of depression is loneliness (lack of close and mature minded friends).
I know the highest population of depression ridding individuals are mainly the introverts so loneliness is a factor that can never be ruled out,but nonetheless there are solutions to this problems that may not necessarily end it but may help to reduce the feeling.
On a final note to all those contemplating suicide please note that;situations & problems are just temporary(even if they give the impression of being permanent) but you were designed to live above them because you are man and as a human being you encompass both the physical and spiritual...Why because God made it that way. So never give up ,never give in,live a more open and less enclosed life. Live selfless. Conquer your introverted life style by making new friends and never give any one the chance to determine the kind of mood you exhibit. No one is perfect so also are you (in case you have such a standard of expectation).Like I've learnt in life, there is no such thing as a perfect system(except God's deeds).Ciao

I don't see any issue with overnight charging here. It could have happened even in the day time. It's not like you would be close to your phone through out and dive in slow-mo (Indian movie style) when the power surge occurs.

One thing you should understand is that you can not prevent what happens whilst you sleep but if you were awake even if there'd be damage it'd be minimal cos you could pull it off the charger.
Anyways i know most people would discredit my experience as not related to overnight charging (whilst sleeping) infact i used to be like you but now i've learnt my lesson the hard way.Thanks

It was not on gen,i would have specified that already in my post.The damage was as a result of a bad neutral causing a bad power surge and by the way please i appeal that no one(or company) is to be blamed other than me for this incident so those blaming infinix should pls take a chill pill.Afterall i was the one that used a third party (not infinix but a samsung chinese cloned) charger to charge my phone and prior to that day it had been functioning perfectly.
I just wanted to use my story to highlight the unpredictablity of life.Thanks
