There are some body exercises you can do. Check YouTube for "Body Workout with no equipment". You will see them plenty and you will be doing it daily along with the instructor.

If you need money to attract a woman,

And the second you stop doing it,

Weed might be helpful in this. This is an early stage of Alzheimer's Disease or it's just ADHD and trust me, smoking weed will correct it to an extent. But to be candid, there is nothing wrong with you. You might be lonely and have no friends around which might aggravate it.

I worked in a firm before which is far from any major city and it's in the middle of nowhere, I have no friends at all and people I call friends at work are not friends but looking for the slightest opportunity to pull you down, I even asked some ladies around out and it turned out they started spreading rumours to score point like "That man asked me out, wanted to have sex with me" which makes it worst.

I was so depressed, I was already running mad. I worked the job for 4 years, I was going insane after I quit the job for a while and then travelled to meet family, in 2 weeks my mental health was restored and I was happy once again. Being around people that care about me, I was more happy than when I had a job.

I started looking for jobs again then after 4 months I got a job with another firm and this time very close to family. I was lucky, family visited me at my home often sometimes if they didn't hear from me in a day, they would come looking for me at the end of the day, I was no longer desperate to be loved by a woman. I even pursued my Master's in the same city and met more people at school who shared the same values. At work am very careful in being close to anybody.

Sometimes the environment can induce it to make you feel like you have a mental illness. So many people are bleeped up in the head. I met a lady recently anything I tell her or say to her, she will be linking it to maybe I want to have sex with her or maybe I have an ulterior motive, this is someone I was just being nice to, then I realize you don't have to be nice to everyone, once someone is giving you a vibe you don't like, just next them. You deserve good people in your life, not people that make you feel worse.

Imagine someone was having an issue with paying for something and you wanted to help that person out and the person is accusing you of disturbing her, or a lady asked you to come give her something and you met and she started distancing herself from you like you are some predator just because you told her where you are from and she said people from there are bad. Sometimes you are not the problem but the people around you.

So know what's happening

Yeah I guess so. Thehe interview went well, but the recruiter didn't discuss anything about moving forward to the next stage. So, I'm just hopeful. The advert was for their illesa branch.

The Ilesa is massive recruitment, be hopeful. Recruiters are sh1tty, they won't tell you sh1t, all radio silent after an interview but before the interview they bug you like they are giving a direct offer.

You can send a follow up mail to the hiring manager, tell him how you align with the profile they are looking for and how you will be a plus to their organization and you would like to know what the next step is

or you can just wait it out like other folks will.

Why is there light in Ikeja and no light at Ikorodu, I stayed there for a month around October and its exactly the way you mentioned it, the condition of the light over there is very poor.

I've always visited this my uncle at least four times a week. That is where I pass away time. His children all like me and any day I fail to come they must ask me why didn't come. I use the time i spend in his house to teach his children Mathematics and do their home work for them.

Today I was in his house, he stormed out from his room and ask if i don't help my mother at home. He yelled at me and what pain me most is that he said food is costly and they are only managing. He made me feel like i was the one finishing the food in his house. He said I should not be too frequent in his house if at all I must come.

I'm considering severing all ties to this my uncle, will that be right?
