I really don't believe in revenge sometimes, but i won't lie, revenge is sweet in a case like this.

@ Poster, what do you want to do now, do you want justice or what

Because if you do, just organize guys that will trail him, get nice hookers about 10, look for a field and let them r/a/p/e him too on the bare floor without condom. then it is ''checkmate''.

@ O.P

I'm moved by your comments. .

My girlfriend suffered same at the hands of two different men. . I know one and I have already made plans for him to lose his leg and his nuts. I will make him sterile. Unluckily for him, he is not yet married and I intend to make him pay. Karma just showed up at his doorstep by her meeting me.

I suggest you get revenge. And make sure it sticks. Break his knee, smash his elbow, crush his testicles. . . If you have friends or a brother in the university, this could be done for free. .

Mods, dont ban me o! I'm just saying its time the evil that men do start living with them. My girlfriend still acts up every now and again and I know its because of suffering such trauma twice in a lifetime.

If my kid should ever be involved in such, A male child I will prosecute and have him go to jail. No forgiveness. A daughter, I will make sure she attends her assailants funeral.

debrief08:

No, he is my very good friend, my spouse and my confidant but definately not my best pal. I like to shoe shop, he cant be with me in the store for more than 20 minutes, I like to gossip he doesnt, I like to talk about silly stuff, he calls it silly and says " how does this affect me" ,lol, my best friend on the other hand does all these things with me. However, My hubby and I hang out a lot but there is a place for hubby there is a place for bestie

Lucky you, my husband hates shopping, but he is everything a wife will wish for.

90% OF NAIRALANDERS ARE MARRIAGE SPOILERS,by the time they all chase you from your husband's house, they will be the one to advice you again,MADAM POSTER, what job do you need really that is better  than to take care of your kids and husband?you dnt lack anything from your husband, hes there for you all the time,so what are you looking for?the most  rewarding thing on this earth for mothers is to take care of her home(kids and husband) and serve her creator day and night, i will advice you to listen to your husband, since he is gonna be giving you finances,be less worried, dont let some bad nairalanders  that their husband has denied them so many good things of life to spoil your marriage, there is huge blessing obeying your husband,as long as God is not displease with such obedience.

The best advice so far.

It won't work!!! one will kill another .,Money is good at killing love!!!! , if you has a man combine your assets with your wife own and she noticed you are messing up with her , maybe going after another woman and she knows if you die she has the right to the entire properties , you are a dead meat and if it's the man that thinks his wife his disturbing him from flexing all around , he can do something silly
Money and Love are very good friends same time worst enemies

I won't do it, except the house is in my name or in the name of the children.  The world is a very wicked place.
Even if you speak to the man and he says no problem, who knows how things will turn tomorrow?

My sister's friend assisted  " financially " to complete her husbands house in Ajah Lagos. At any arguement, he says to his wife "This is my house"
She is now building a house for herself and children.

Lease vs Buy

what will you guys advise?

Now, i have relaxed a bit and i might not do any planting in rainy season. . . .

Need to tread carefully like you guys advised but definitely rice would be planted this season

I have been speaking with some peeps at Odeda area of Ogun State shortly after College of Edu Osiele to either buy/lease the land while another discussing is going on with someone at Idi iroko

The economist in me says lease the land and free up cash for more production activities while another voice say, 'ure leaving urself open to exploitation from land owners if you dont buy'

whjat do u guys think?

I guess this thread is open to all prospective and active farmers to learn and share info

so if youre planting presently or ure into animals, share your experience with us.

As for me oh, agric biz is the next thing on my agenda

Buy is the best option.

The land stays in your family and your children can benefit from it, should in case your children and grand children wants to go into the same business.

Hmmmm!!!! this is a serious matter, it is better the woman tells her hubby instanta, about what the mother has said, And she should have her own properties, who says a woman cannot own her own business and have properties all over the world in her name and her childrens' names.

The white take 21 days and the black take 30 days .if you are interested in vegetable farming i will teach how to start and market your product.

Ok thanks, will keep in touch when am ready.

you  might wanna start it as a side project while you maintain full employment .

Once you gain more experience in the biz and good profits are coming ,  you can at that point face it full time.

well you have the betting company though so i guess you are fine . . just a thought . .

I think this advice is best suited for me.
My husband and I will be spending the whole of winter away in Lagos.  I have acquired some farm land, overlooking the lagoon but,
I am undecided which to go for:  My preference is Fish farming plus one of the following  eg Cassava, Maize, Tomatoes, Peppers and Plantain.

@Shola,

I guess you are living in the Netherlands. If you had seen my previous thread i was talking about Admission in the Netherlands. Please can i get ur email id or should i drop mine for you to add me on messenger? Am seriously intending studying in Netherlands also coz of their student visa advantage as most Universities in the Netherlands process Student Visas for their accepted students. What's your suggestion?

Yes I live in The Netherland but schooled in The UK., I am not familiar with the Dutch system.
You can try University College Roosevelt Academy, they assist foreign students with visa applications.

@Shola,

I Guess you are right because most people i know in the USA are always complaining same as people in the UK.

The Netherland's economy is AAA.  For every Euro cent you spend, you get quality service.
The Rail and Road networks are fantastic. Almost every one owns a bike or two.
English is widely spoken.
I believe there are jobs available for all, so long as one in not lazy.
