Porto Novo Is the Capital of Benin Republique, less than 25 minutes drive to Badagry Seme Border.
The Yorubas in Benin are called Ajase ( Ajacheh ) My dad's grand ma came to Lagos from Porto Novo.

Late70-80s, Were the best in Lagos State. Things worked eg LMTS, Nepa, School Picnics at the Ikoyi Park, Onikan Swimming Pool, Tinubu Fountain.

It breaks my heart to see a defenseless child being brutally abused.

I think PDP members in Lagos demanding that Fashola resign because of natural disaster, should examine themselves as I think they are sick and need a psychiatrist. Cotonou is a very safe city , to have maximum short break, try hiring a car and driver from the hotel, CFA 2,000 per Hour.
Drive along The Fidjrosse, Togbin beaches and up to Ouidah along the Rue Des Peches is a spectacular scenery.
