What's the need for these update and what advantage do they have for a working box?

this is a nice idea by this young man but i will like to tell you that it will encourage rigging more than any other method. in the last election, pple in each ward can have an idea of the number of votes announced by the official at the voting site. but with sms how will you monitor the number of vote from your ward, town or constituency, you are only left at the mercy of the inec officials announcement, how will you be able to question any result, no way.
Taking into consideration the voting sms sytem for Big Brother, Idols and Project fame, i know a lot of softwares and site that have been successfully used for multiple voting without any problem. i am an IT professional so manipulation is easy.
