This waiting killing. Have resumitted my passport after decision overturned email since 3rd december. What can i do speed it. My Son's first birthday is 25th of this month. I miss a lot. Miss his first birth. First Christmas
I dont want to miss his FIRSTBIRTHDAY. This i just inhumane. Won appeal since August last year and they are just playing delay tactics.

Great people. I finally received the super email to pay for IHS fee and resubmit my passport. Paid yesterday. Do i JUST take my PASSPORT to VI. I dont want tp get there and they are telling i dont have an appointment.

Thank you Jesus, It's my turn to say it's a Yes. GOD has really been faithful, I want you all to remember nothing is impossible for God, just hold on to God and he will make everything beautiful in his own time. 28 Days over after appeal. Waiting for the super Email now. To get to this point was long and rough. But with the mercy of God he made it all possible. Alhamdulillah.

I found the judge on Facebook. Am soo tempted to msg her. Just frustrated day in day out. I should have just stay in the UK and fight it out there.

I am tired of all this waiting. How do we chase FTT judge to hurry up. This stress is getting to me. Am just tired of it all.

Am really stressed out. Today is the deadline day for judge to get back to us. Called the court today. The clerk told me judges don't have deadline. She told me wife she will get back to us after 28 days from 1st of August. This is too much

1st of August. This wait is killing me. Everything went well according wife, barrister and family members. The judge was not happy with HO. Just waiting for her decision letter so i can count 28 days

Normally after a judgement is delivered, the court clerk would send judgments to all concerned (directly or indirectly)........

How are you sure this has not been done? Did Home office tell you this?

Call the first tier tribunal today and the person told me they have not recieve any response from the judge yet. Understand its a call center and might not have all the information.

Does any body know how to chase up the judge to write the decision letter after a fist tier tribunal appeal? This wait is killing me. Too much waiting at every stage

After the appeal date. Does one count 28 days from the day of appeal or 28 days from the day we recieve a letter from judge confirming winning of the appeal ?

Hi @sholeola can you please be explicit about the content of section 320(11) for you to get a response ASAP. Don't think anyone would be going to check what the section says to respond to you. It would be great if you state the main reasons for your refusal as the section 320(11) encompasses a lot. If I am not mistaking, if your read this thread from the beginning you are very likely to find someone who had been in similar situation as yours.
