After going through the above piece, I now truly understand why Wike used the term "a R@pe of Democracy"

If this is how APC intends ruling us, well then;

PoliticsRe: NLC, TUC In Kogi Begin Strike Over Buhari's Withholding Of Bailout Fund by SHOPPERS(m): 11:05pm On Nov 01, 2015
egift:
Any money given to Wada will be looted. Idris Wada has spent the last 4yrs mismanaging Kogi - any money you give him now will be spent in funding his rigging schemes and will not be used in paying salaries which he refused to pay. This debt is not inherited from another administration - it is his legacy, not paying the workers.
Don't be partial man. Why was the same released to Osun state? Was the debt inherited? Worse still, the foolish APC Governor is yet to pay those arrears.

APC is just a new PDP in government albeit more glaringly partisan.

That could only be right if Buhari is only experienced in cattle rearing.

But overall, considering that we still have oil and thanks to Gej, Agric sector is gradually improving, it won't happen so fast even if there will be shockers.

Jonathan was brutally criticised for some of his best achievements in power including the subsidy issue. Our eyes go soon clear say even though he chop money like the past presidents, he tried.

PoliticsNigerian Youths Not Informed Enough To Be Prepared. by SHOPPERS(op): 8:53am On Oct 14, 2015
A serious issue concerning we the future leaders or the intended present leaders of Nigeria and indeed the world at large was raised yesterday by Tonyebarcanista. He was right of the opinion that we are grossly unprepared to take up the mantle of leadership from our "Grandfathers".

This has been an issue which has been lingering on my mind too. We the youths not only in Nigeria but all over the world are not prepared to lead our generation. Its not just about preparation, it is about being informed about our role and exactly what we have to do to take over.

Tonye, we are not prepared, we are not ready, not because we don't want to but because we are not informed as to how to go about it.

How many of our youths understand the procedure it takes to be elected into political offices? How many of us understand the rudiments of public speaking which is very important in winning the populace over. That is just in politics.

What of business? We are now only concerned with easy ways to do business. Where are those techniques that were instrumental in building empires of the likes of General Electric, Honeywell, Microsoft, Dangote etc. We talk so much of small businesses now. Who will bring up large ones? Manufacturing is now almost an outdated business in the minds of our youths. Why? I believe its because we lack useful information concerning these things or we are simply ignoring the vast ocean of information available to us now.

When last did we hear of a great inventor like Edison. We've conquered the sense of sight with Super HD cameras, who shall conquer the world of smell? We've gone far when it comes to sounds, when shall touches be transmitted?

Our generation is slipping gradually into an academic era which is not translating to education for us. We are only learning what is required of us. We have been positioned to think becoming a specialist in an area is the best. Where are those guys who became Great Artists as well as great Scientists? Where are our own guys who are prepared to be versatile enough to be useful to multiple industries ?

Are we only being trained to follow what has been and allow them to continue to be or are we ready to change the tide? Our generation is the take over generation and we are yet to realise it. All because we are not ready to get informed and take over.

Now is the generation of fools who would see a short historical presentation and comment "Ifa hear say I read am" "make I book space".

Nigerian youths Wake Up! Nigeria can never be repaired by the generation that looted it dry. There's no Change if there is no change in Orientation. We need to start a new movement for information. History needs to learnt from so as to prevent the bad occurrences from reoccurring.

If we don't change our mindset, get informed, get prepared and Take over the affairs of this nation; WHO WILLhuh
