InvestmentRe: Fixing 30million Naira On Fixed Deposit In A Nigeria Bank In A Period Of 2years by SHOPPERS(m): 9:02am On Aug 31, 2015
You can find out that guy in the bible who doubled his oga's money by the time the oga came back.

30million should have yielded 30million in two years. If you can't give him something like that or close to that, forget it. What of inflation within those two years? Naira is even falling.

Put it away with reputable stockbrokers. Or bring it to me. I will use it in agriculture and give you seventy million at the end of the second year.

Period.

PoliticsBukola Saraki's Visit To Borno State Not A 2019 Agenda. by SHOPPERS(op): 9:50am On Aug 20, 2015
@BUKOLASARAKI, MODIBBO AND I BY SULYMAN BUHARI RECENTLY, Mallam Modibbo Kawu, a columnist with Vanguard Newspapers wrote an article entitled, “BUKOLA SARAKI in Maiduguri: Tentative first steps for 2019 presidency”. For those of us who know the writer pretty well, that compilation of fictions, fantasy and alleged hearsays that his article represents is not unusual. What is strange is that the desperation of a Modibbo to rubbish and pull-down everything that involves the Senate president, Dr Abubakar BUKOLA SARAKI, appears to be limitless. For Nigerians who have vague knowledge of the man, Modibbo Kawu, he is a proud chieftain of the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP ) in Kwara State. In the run up to the 2015 general elections, he did not only write articles to preach for the continuation of the era of corruption and cluelessness under the Goodluck Jonathan-led administration, he also emerged an accidental public speaker. Jumping from one youth programme to elders’ meeting to deliver lectures on continuity of transformation agenda, perhaps, after being oiled by his paymasters. He, in collaboration with his allies, did everything within his capacity to arrest the change train but Allah was, and still, on the side of Nigerians whose resolve for change crushed the shenanigans of the Modibbo Kawu’s of this world. Direct reaction It should, therefore, surprise Kwarans and Nigerians that the same Modibbo Kawu is now claming to love President Muhammadu Buhari more than Senator BUKOLA SARAKI. Haba! Modibbo’s article is obviously his direct reaction to the visit of the Senate delegation led by the Senate President himself to Maiduguri, Borno State’s capital. It is instructive to note that the visit was sequel to the resolution of the Senate after an elaborate debate during its plenary session. The Senate delegation visited the insurgency ravaged zone to get an on-spot assessment of the zone and particularly on conditions of the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs). But the only interpretation of a Modibbo to such visit is an imagined 2019 presidential ambition. It is yet not understandable how a supposed columnist will author an article on such visit without addressing the widely reported Senate resolution that birthed the visit, or atleast, mention or acknowledge it. The article revolves round fictions and hearsays without any fact whatsoever. That is bad journalism. Anyway, that is if Modibbo thinks what he practices is journalism. It behoves on a Modibbo to tell Nigerians if he is now a comedian or marabout as he claimed to know so much about 2019, four years ahead, so that he can be put where he deserves when it comes to debates on contemporary issues and events. I find the reaction of Senate Majority Leader, Senator Ali Ndume, who himself is from Borno State, to Modibbo’s diatribe very touching and important as it underscores the essence of the visit. He said, “ let it be made clear that we from Borno State feel very sad that while we complain that the issue of Boko Haram and the carnage they are inflicting on our people is not getting the kind of attention it deserves from key individuals and non governmental bodies, somebody still felt we did not deserve the first visit by a delegation of the Senate in six years when the Boko Haram problem started. “The Governor was moved to tears while addressing our delegation about how the people feelneglected and how they felt that if the situation is the zone now were to occur in another area, the elite from all over the country woulf have been on pilgrimage there to identify with the victims. The Governor felt the visit by the Senators was very inspiring and comforting. Inspiring and comforting That is the same visit this columnist who chose to settle personal scores is trying to rubbish.” Some people believe Modibbo’s intention is to fuel crises within the APC family in Nigeria with the hope of ultimately gaining from it. I do not disagree. However, whatever might be Modibbo’s intention(s), it is bound to hit rocks. He understands. Not too long ago and before the inauguration of the eighth National Assembly, the same Modibbo wrote a piece headlined, “The Nurudeen factor in Kwara Politics”. The piece was full of half-truths and lies just as his recent articles. Modibbo must have been terrified by the seeming clear coast for the emergence of Senator BUKOLA SARAKI as the Senate President and he thought, though unwisely, that fueling a crises between President Muhammadu Buhari and Senator Saraki would help his agenda. In the piece, he presented Alhaji Nurudeen Muhammed, an APC Chieftain and a former Commissioner for Finance, as the single most important factor in Kwara politics and by extension in the overwhelming victory President Muhammadu Buhari recorded in Kwara State during the presidential election. Nurudeen is also a chieftain of the defunct Congress for Progressive Change (CPC). Modibbo later embarked on a futile attempt to water down and rubbish the contribution of Senator Saraki to President Buhari’s victory. As usual, I dismissed the piece as the writer’s regular lies. As the pioneer State Chairman of Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) in Kwara State and a person who God used to lay the foundation and build the structure of CPC in Kwara State, I know quite well and I am in the position to know. The same Nurudeen who Modibbo claimed was responsible for Buhari’s victory worked tirelessly to ensure the emergence of a presidential aspirant and former governor of Kano State, Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso as the presidential flag bearer of APC while Senator Saraki mobilised party delegates across the North Central states to massively vote for President Muhammadu Buhari at the presidential primary election held in Lagos. The same Nurudeen was even reported to have got juicy contracts from the presidential aspirant he supported. Nurudeen knows the facts and the facts can not be denied. This short reference is a peep into the world of a Modibbo. Modibbo’s recent article should not have been found on the pages of a reputable Vanguard Newspaper. It fails all parameters of responsible journalism. It is now crystal clear that a Modibbo hates Senator Saraki as much as he envies the same Saraki. He has only deployed Vanguard Newspapers as a tool to advance his hatred. Trend of hatred The management of Vanguard Newspapers should do a thorough and professional review of all articles written by Mr Modibbo Kawu as related to Senator Saraki, a trend of hatred and pattern of sheer jealousy that negate the concept of public trust will be established. When a supposed columnist continually subjects his platform to public ridicule and odium, it calls for serious concern and he constitutes a threat to such platforms. Like Senator Ndume rightly noted, newspaper columnists are “trustees for the public by the virtue of their access to newspaper pages and that they do not abuse the public trust”. No matter what a Modibbo writes about Senator BUKOLA SARAKI, it little matters. He wrote stories against Senator Saraki before he became the governor of Kwara State in 2003 and Modibbo, obviously, has not stopped. A Modibbo has done worse things. He has not only breached public trust with his fictions and lies, he has also deployed falsehoods, fictions, fantasy and distorted accounts to portray Senator Saraki as evil. Modibbo deserves no Vanguard Newspapers again. Vanguard Newspaper itself must take decisive actions if it desires to be taken serious by the people of Kwara State and Nigerians. Sweeet business bro. Lazy me know all the ways to do it but just won't start.

You can make money even if you don't know what C# stands for other than a music note. There is app flipping. Buy an app from a developer, then make it for free and add adverts on it by google or whoever you want to use. Then share your links on android forums for faster downloads and the rest. You can also sell it to higher pricers if you've gat a good idea.

Nollyj, you like the edu niche so much. Good for Nigerians. If you are planning to start too, you can start it out in the beauty tips for black babes niche. Health niche too is bubbling up.

I'm hoping to get my system by the end of the month sha. God help me, playstore go hear am.

My 2 cent.
You are right boss. I am not hoping to target Nigerian audience personally. But doing it for Nigerians could be sensible for now. You can't tell who will be interested in your blog if it goes along their line of business.

Content is king too. A good post for Nigerians might definitely be useful to an American too.

Op nice write up... But what do you think about. A crime report blog in nigeria?
It will bring you traffic but not income as fast as you will like it. Why not talk about something like law, various types of attorneys, how to hire the best lawyers and the likes. Or explain the different types of insurance we have in layman's terms.

You could be riding the car if you get audience from the western world to click on your ads be it from google adsense or whatever.

But if crime reports is your passion, don't stop. Go for it, something might hit the jackpot for you along the way especially pertaining to lawsuits and the likes.

I was researching about the best paying keywords on google with over $20 per click and I found this list.

Focus on one or two of them will be my topmost priority online immediately after my service year.

1. "Self Employed Health Insurance"
2. "Cheap Car Insurance"
3. "Affordable Life Insurance"
4. "Credit Cards for Bad Credit"
5. "Refinance Mortagage"

1. "zumba dance DVD"
2. "preform treadmill"
3. "weber grill accessories"
4. "lego activity table"
5. "barbie doll"

1. "new york hotels"
2. "plane tickets"
3. "cheap hotels"
4. "rental car deals"
5. "last minute flights"

1. "accredited online college degrees"
2. "online nursing degree"
3. "online certificate degree"
4. "unemployment benefits"
5. "entry level jobs"

1. "Home Air Conditioners"
2. "Replacement Windows Cost"
3. "Appliance Repair"
4. "Cabinet Refacing"
5. "Window Installation"

1. "Online Video Conferencing Software"
2. "Ink Cartridges Discount"
3. "Email Marketing Software"
4. "PC Memory"
5. "Anti-Virus Programs"

1. "cheap hybrid cars"

5. "emergency roadside assistance"

1. "High Speed Internet Deals"
2. "Pre Paid Cell Phones"
3. "Domain Registration"
4. "Fios Availability"
5. "Cable Internet Providers"

1. "Custom Business Cards"
2. "Cheap Office Supplies"
3. "Label Printing Companies"
4. "Foam Packing"
5. "Office Furniture"

1. "Funeral Flowers Arrangements"
2. "Flower Delivery"
3. "Wedding Gift Registry"
4. "Gift Baskets"
5. "Bridal Registry"

I don't need to tell you about their classifications I guess. But if you notice, most of these keywords have very low competition not only in Nigeria but in Africa at large. A niche like Insurance do not have good blogger stance in Nigeria where many of our bloggers focus only on Entertainment, Gist, and Tech. Seems like food and educational blogs are also coming up.

I hope some of us (including me myself) will wake up and take up the challenges of breaking new grounds in blogging.

I am of the opinion that a grey way to boost Nigerian economy is by exporting our brains and be paid by the oyinbos for our brainworks not just agriculture and oil. (By the way, Agriculture is also booming, I'm on that too).

To your success.......

Title: WHAT ARE YOU DOING ABOUT WHAT YOU KNOW?

"Now that you know these things, you will be blessed if you do them."
John 13:17 NIV.

James says it is self deception when we merely listen to God's word and don't let it change us. We think that just gaining knowledge makes us spiritually mature, but the test of maturity is Character. A lot of people have great spiritual knowledge, but they are spiritual midgets.

We need to put God's Word into practice. We need to continually apply it in our lives.

In fact, knowledge increases responsibility. The more we know, the more we're accountable for. Jesus said, "Much is required from the person to whom much is given" Luke 12:48b GNT. What are you doing about what you know?.

In Matthew 7, Jesus tells the story of the wise and the foolish builders. He says the foolish builder builds on Sand. He is like the guy or the lady who hears the Word of God but doesn't do what it says. The wise man builds on a Solid foundation because he hears God's Word and then goes out and makes an honest attempt to apply it in his life.

Jesus said in John 13:17,"Now that you know these things, you will be blessed if you do them" NIV. I think the simplest definition of maturity is to be a doer of the Word. You do what the Bible says. We must not only read the Word; we must also heed the Word.

Every single one of us knows more spiritual truth than we're putting into practice right now. We don't need to know more; we already know enough. We just need to put into practice what we already know.

BE A DOER OF THE WORD!

.............................Talk it over................................
What have you been doing with the knowledge you gain from a sermon or bible study?

What are some practices you can adopt and develop that will help you put God's Word into practice?

How is God using his Word to change your life?
