I opened the 1st link u provided and nowhere in the article that said anything about compromising on quality.
FYI Daimler-Benz as u know it before d partnership with Chrysler is
a Merger/partnership.
Nothing is wrong in a partnership and it won't reduce quality.

While Igbos and Yorubas of nairaland are e-bashing each other on every thread and topic on Nairaland
The Igbos and Yorubas of Nigeria are getting married to each other.

When Mercedes started production in USA and merged with Chrysler LLC, their quality nose dived, Toyota started production of 2007-2012 Camry with Americans in mind. Those cars were almost earning status of being wack products.

There was no time the quality of Benz nosedived anywhere

There is no manufacturer that doesn't go into partnership with other company(s) for different reasons
that doesn't mean the company will compromise on quality.

I got a fairly used Nissan altima 2.5 2003 model.

"Service engine soon" light is always.(Engine has been changed before but not sure when it was changed)

sometimes cranks without starting and only starts after trying about 3 times or pumping the accelerator.
But sometime, it starts once.

The fuel guage wasn't working so my rewire fixed it but the gauge is still fluctuating... In the process of fixing the gauge, he told me that the return on the fuel pump has been sealed (probably someone was working on it and damaged it so he decided to seal it).
He thus told me that this sealed return could be the cause of the car not starting at once.
Some people also mentioned that if the car uses security/ censor, it cld be the cause...
However, my concern is that ..will this issue not deteriorate as I'm using the car like that for now?

My second questions is about power steering pump... The steering is really hard when I slow down and try to turn...
We replaced with 2 different power steering pump but still no changes so the mechanic said we have to change steering rack which I haven't decided to do. Another mechanic said I shldnt change the rack ...that the pumps they bought for me might not be for the car thus we will have to get its exact pump. I'm confused on what to do.

Lastly, how much is AC condenser for this car?

Yes, the NASS has the powers to do all what u have mentioned, but what u deliberately left out is that the executive should be notified of such adjustments and failure to do so constitutes an offence.

it is the executive dat will have to finally sign d budget into law.
if they don't agree with any adjustment by d national assembly, d president will have to send d budget back to the Assembly.

in this case d budget has already been signed after a lot of back n fort movement.

The way it stands now, not even the supreme court can alter the figures in the budget (weather it was padded or not)cos its already a law.

The national assembly is empowered by law to make modifications to bills submitted by the executive before it becomes law
They have the power to add, subtract, remove or alter the bill before passage.

This man was accused by people who are dead.
Nobody to testify against him in court, no evidence of his involvement with drug trafficking
yet the court sentenced him to death.

His lawyers appealed the judgement but the case was thrown out.
