Good day guys. I'd like to hear what you have to say about this issue.

I and some of my friends already acquired a National Diploma (ND) from a reputable polytechnic in the northern part of Nigeria.
In a bid to further our education, we are thinking of persuing a Bsc. and HND respectively at the same time. For instance, i'm thinking of Bsc. in Economics or any other relevant social science courses and an HND in Business Administration.

The B.sc will be on a full time basis while the HND will be on part-time(i.e weekends). Our thoughts however is that whichever university we gain admission into through Direct-Entry, we'll also apply for a polytechnic in the same state.

I don't know if it has ever be done before. For those in the academia, we would like to hear your opinion if it is advisable to carryon or have a rethink.

This (make heaven thing) is also misleading just as the belief that Jesus ascended into heaven.
All the epistles clearly stated a cloud received him out of their sight.
The is no record of any ascension into heaven.
That would have turned Christianity on its head.

These 2 verses are giving us the progression of events leading to the coming (or or better still, the revelation) of Christ.

Meaning of verse 29
The darkening of the sun, the obliteration of the moon, the falling of the stars; WORLD LEADERSHIP WILL FAIL. The wisdom that is being used to rule this present world will be taken away, this is what this place is saying. The leaders of this present world will lose their wisdom, they will die mentally. They will be spiritually killed, and the question will be asked of then, ''art thou now become (dumb) as us''?

Because the wisdom being used to rule this world has failed, the effect of this failure will include: The world economy will crash completely, there will be total socio-economic and political chaos is heaven; heaven being the leading ruling nations of this our present world.

Meaning of verse 30
When the wisdom of the Lucifer of this world has failed, and the world is still reeling from the effects of the total and complete socio-economic and political meltdown and crash, a great event will occur throughout the whole earth, but its effects will be felt mostly in heaven (leading ruling nations). The sign of the son of man will appear in heaven .

All the tribes of the earth will mourn at the happening of this sign

Then Jesus will come in the clouds of heaven

Cloud means trouble. Jesus, the Sun of God, will be revealed in the aftermath of the great event in heaven that caused worldwide earth-wide mourning. This is the meaning of coming in the clouds of heaven

The great event in heaven that will cause earth-wide mourning, is the DAY OF JUDGMENT.

Your Title is a little off, it should read one of the biggest farm not industry.
Typically the industry in any nation will be the sum of all production to consumer activity in that nation

I love my job, my Boss and my colleagues. As an Accountant, our job requires that we sit long hours on our computers updating the Companies expenditure and asset database. however, there is a challenge.

My department colleague is hardly on sit during working hours. he loves to leave to chat, socialize and even do personal runs during work. I have tried to help him severally by discussing (one-on-one) as par 'man to man', but no effect. He is simple and very intelligent but not focused because he is to playful. This has affected our department's output severally, as personally I discussed this matter with the HR, my own Boss and other familiar Bosses, but all seem not to be too concerned. They just sympathize. I love my work, we are well paid and really doing well as a company.

Please kindly advice me on what to do

The only sensible thing to do is to make sure you have a reporting document that shows the volume/ratio of work you do in relation to your teams productivity.
One day you will have to give account of what you have done individually (work audit/KPI, Key performance index)
If you can't prove this you are as culpable as he in the eyes of your company.

This passage never said water baptism was compulsory or not nor did I in my post. It was instead about Jesus informing His disciples that although John the Baptist baptized with water they would be baptized with the Holy Spirit soon.

If Jesus said water baptism was not important why we're the disciples baptising before and after His resurrection.

Water baptism IS important and desirable WHEN possible. It does not nor can prevent entry into heaven.

John's Baptism was relating to repentance.
Christ Baptism relates to (not repentance as most believe) resurrection and life, by the realisation of God's Kingdom

There are great men in the bible that are righteous and didnt do baptism(e.g abraham,enoch was righteous that he didnt even die,job etc)..Peter also said that 'be baptize in the name of holyspirit...'

And jesus christ also did baptism b4 starting his ministry..

just last sunday, after the church service my friend, with all the excitement in him decided to informed his pastor about the recent ugrade that has just started in his life. when he told his pastor about the job he just got with the Nigerian Brewries, the pastor's countenance changed immediately. he told my friend that he should immediately resign from the job on the excuse that such job opportunity does not glorified God and that it will lead him to hell fire. My friends has dependants who are looking up to him for support. his wife and four kids are there to take care of. At the moment he is at a cross road contemplating on weather to quit the job cos of the pastor's biblical assertions or hold on to the job for his family sake.

Counsellors in the house, please what do you advise he should do in this situaton. thanks.
