That moment you wish you stop pushing further, that moment you aint convinced to forge on..... Once upon a time there was a disable man who wanted to climb the mountain which even the fittest of men has never done.... He attempted on the so call suidal journey even when everybody was hueing and cueing but he kept moving on till he got to the submit of the mountain. Do you know why he did it? He was deaf. He did not hear what they were saying, what was on his mind was the mountain. Tonight share your feelings... move away from your past... never get lost in the misery of the past. Be deaf to distractions.

Quite long I wanted to do this but it can no longer be procrastinated. Have you ever thought of someone to discuss that feelings with? That problem that is a clog on your wheel.... but how to express it... You don't just know. Sometimes we know something is wrong with us, but we cannot just decipher what is wrong.
You just need to discuss with someone, share it and get less burden. So let's talk about anything.. your psychologist is here..... though not a trained one but an innate gift. You can discuss it here and we solve it together with fellow readers, you pm me or you just dial these digits....09035071476. NB... I will be sharing some inspirational stories here too. So stay glued. Thanks.

For those of you that say its because Metuh was coming from prison. This is Sule Lamido from prison too no cuffs. I don't make sentimental statements but its obvious Igbo's are not treated fairly in this country. Metuh was not a government official so there is no way he can steal government money.
Gosh.. am tired of this igboism syndrome. Why must you term everything as attack on Igbo... is high time we started thinking out of box. Metuh constituted a nuisance why he was detained hence reason for being handcuffed. Was Nnamdi Kanu handcuffed? please argue with sincerity not with a deluded mind. thanks.

Since most graduates too are unemployed, it wouldn't occur to them that they are probably being wind up. Well, it's only hunger that changes bread to cake sha. undecided undecided

Both the OP and the mailers, make all of una 'KONTINUE' o!

But the High should always remember that there's a 'Most High'.
seriously our youth are so deluded. Unemployment has affected their state of psyche. They are ready to take anything you push at them. A lot has gone wrong... my people have gone far from stark reality.

Lol I agree with you 60%.. But my brother the issue of 15 minutes reading time, tho helpful, will only be indeed helpful if you can approach the questions thrown at you.. My last f5 papers, there were questions I couldn't solve at all because they were too hard.. Lol, the questions were looking at me and I was looking at them because I didn't have any idea on how to approach them.. So the 15 minutes reading time will only be helpful if you are indeed able to approach the questions, if you don't know the questions, you don't know it niyen and extra 15 minutes won't save u ( and this is mostly the case in Acca).. You are right. You can only use the 15 mins for what you have pre conceived idea of it....

You have a point tho

But I have lots of peeps in my tutorial that arr ACA certified and still can't get through certain acca papers like P5, P7 after several trials. Even one of our lecturers that has both said ICAN is nothing close to ACCA when it comes to application, they are not even comparable.. You can do well In ican without being very technical in certain.areas but this will almost be impossible in.ACCA..

Lets not deceive ourselves because we arr Nigerias, the UK accountants and accountancy profession has gone very far ahead of Nigeria, so thinking the questions their body will set is less technical than Ican is just us being deluded..
No doubt when you talk about technicality ACCA has it, I really appreciate the value of question they set. If you are not the la cram la pour in school you will not have problem with it. My argument here is ACCA gives the serious students ample opportunities to pass, they help you to achieve your goals. They give you extra 15 mins to study the questions. If I use ICAN ways of testing student in the past, brother don't let decieve ourselve it's cruel and not practical which made it difficult for students. but now they are adopting ACCA style... Just ff their recent trend. Thanks.

I do ICAN questions during my spare time because I may eventually do it for future reference..and man...it's quite easy compared to the ACCA. Like I said earlier, ACCA focuses on strong application of knowledge gained. During my time, ACCA questions for Fundamental level were all case study questions...so I became addicted to answering case study questions from Fundamental to Professional Stage. I saw that ICAN still sets MCQs and short-answer questions even in the professional level.

I think at the professional level questions should be full-blown case study questions to test the candidates' ability to reason a situation and apply the relevant principles to the situation. It helps to distinguish the future consultants/practitioners from the future
crammers!!!!!
with what you just said, I just realised you know less about ICAN, hence crtisize less what you don't know and seek for

fact. No more short questions in ICAN. It's all an open question affair. it started from Nov diet 2014. Go and look at the questions from that period till date, may be we can now have constructive debate on its technical efficiency. Thanks.

You are the first person that I've ever heard quote that statement; that when ICAN peeps sit for ACCA it's a walk over for them. Maybe it's true but it's got to be the exception rather than the rule.
have ever taken your time yo study the new ICAN syllabus? please do. If you can scale thru it, ACCA should not be a barrier. cos you can't pass them that easy without getting past questions from ACCA... which would have groomed you a great deal. Why don't you ask peeps who have done both.. I mean who are qualified......

Like seriously? Ran from ICAN to ACCA? Are u mixing Acca with Anan or something?.. A lot of my colleagues do Ican na.. And I put them through virtually everything because of the knowledge I have gathered from studying ACCA... Seems you guys don't know how Acca is oo, it makes one current and appreciate the beauty of a subject area.. To be honest, doing f8 alone, ordinary f8 makes me feel like a complete Auditor, you know what this means..

Well u may not understand if u haven't been solving questions and working on both exams, ur notion is believed by so many people in Nigeria because it is Ican they do and they probably find it hard, if they were doing Acca they would be saying something different.. At a point ehn, I was like why the hell did people lead me to do ACCA saying it is easier to pass than Ican.. One word, the irony!!
look lets leave sentiment aside.. If you practice ACCA past questions very well couple with the study texts you will have free ride. I used ACCA past questions for my ICAN and I did perform well. Am telling you this cos I am used to their questions. It follows
certain pattern just study the pattern you will get it right. I don't believe in this mentality one course is hard or so. prepared hard you will scale thru. if you don't prep well you might end up crying in the hall.

Heres a friend of mine Ican skill level results.. She wrote four exams (Acca students hardly take more than 2 because of the contents of each syllabus) and according to her found them too easy than she expected.. Guess what she used Acca study packs in her PM and FR .. I think the reason most Ican students fail is because of the lack of sufficient materials but if u use Acca materials and are able to solve Acca questions, Ican will be too easy for you tbh

PS: she is just an average student like me
they take 2 not mainly cos of content but the money, and ICAN the more paper you take the less economical or it is for you. ACCA could be more
oriented though... one thing is when ICAN peeps sit for ACCA it's a walk over for them. I have lots of pals who ran from ICAN to ACCA so far you have the cash.

I believe the pack is okay. The Emile wolf ICAN combo is quite self explanatory. Till this stage have mainly used ICAN pack. ACCA past questions do come in handy as well
